    @Newlevantine Hi Dev! Right under where you enter the password there is a "Forgot Password?" link to have a new one sent to you by email. One of our technical support agents by phone can reset it for you directly, you can reach them at 1-877-380-2611 or at 611 from any Videotron number -sms

    @Videotron internet isn't working properly even after I restarted the Helix Gateway. The internet is unstable with Wifi and the cable internet is simply not connecting.

    @AnjaKaradeglija @BryanPassifiume Does that dismiss Tech Savvy's complaint that Rogers is giving Videotron a rate they cant get? If it does the next shoe to drop is the Rogers/Shaw approval.

    @zojajaja you can also call videotron and tell them you’re thinking about leaving, we did that at our old apartment and they gave us the new customer discount for another year
