  @Videotron My wife just spent an hour on the phone with CS, apparently loyalty service calling us tomorrow. I appreciate the follow up, but I feel bad for others who may have been fraudulently convinced by a sales rep like we were.

  @Videotron I'm currently on hold with tech support in regards to my Galaxy 20 Ultra. I have a protective plan on it. I tried to take a picture and it was all blury. I turned the phone around and noticed the camera had a broken hole on the glass. I never dropped my phone.

  @Videotron Update: videoteon is laughing at us. Telling us that even though they lied to us, we can’t go back to our old service and have to pay more! This is fraud. Complaint will be opened with CCTS. #helix #fraud #videotron

  @ThebeastShooky i also remember from 3 years ago an employe from videotron leterally ask me why i wasnt able to pay saying. " why you always call to make payment agreement, you dont work ? How can you pay then. This is inaceptable and i shouldnt never get back at videotron.
