    @Videotron Ça commence pS très bien mon expérience #Helix quand on attend 4 heures le technicien et qu’il se pointe pas! C’est frustrant perdre son vendredi soir pour absolument rien 😡.

    @Videotron passer plus de 2hrs en attente avec le service a la Clientèle pour avoir un prix raisonnable ou similaire a votre compétition. Ca donne le goût de changer de fournisseur 🙄.. #EBOX #Bell moin cher 🤡

    @1plutocash I think videotron. The internet is good everywhere but my room LOL even on my macbook/iphone. We stream tv, xbox, and more devices everywhere in the house no problem but in my room it's either too slow or not even loading it's annoying

    @Videotron your service is the worst! I think third world countries have better Customer support than you guys! I will be switching my services and cancel my plan with you guys and do not expect any more business from my friends or family! What a joke of A customer service!

    @uhfrank My stupid friend thought we would be better off with Bell rather than Videotron, even though we had a ton of issues with Bell before. Last Bell technician did so much damage to my house while installing the tv wires, then he forgot to ground everything.

    @Videotron 🚨Internet down at H2X1E6, please advise, phone support is swamped witha 23 minute hold time, oh and your link to @videotron24_7 doesn't exist! Might want to fix that while you're at it too!

    @M_J1512 Good evening. We would still have to do some verifications regarding this issue. If need be, we'll simply redirect you to one of our closest Videotron shops to have the phone verified by an agent, who can exchange it if he cannot fix the problem. Good evening! -cr

    @Videotron Yeah, refund my last 6 months..... I'm constantly having to turn off my LTE service which is what I'm paying for just to get my phone to work for the day, if I wanted 3G service I'd get a burner phone.... every month it's the same issue & the only response is "restart your phone"
