@AdaMcVean @Videotron JFC. This is so frustrating. @Videotron can't keep their story straight can they. "Yes we do refunds, nope sorry no refund for you." Looks like they need to lose a customer if you can quit them and report to a gov agency for fraudulent practices. Good luck. <sigh>

@Bryson_M They're going to have to sell off some assets, like Bell did for MTS. I could see them selling off the division to Cogeco or @Videotron *me dreaming* If Videotron bought Freedom's mobile network, they'd have coverage in the four most populous provinces.

@SciBasedNutr @Videotron I was told that since I didn’t cancel before the new model was instituted last week I could not get that money. I don’t want to cancel my service today. I had planned to in October when I move. Whether I cancelled last week, today or in 2 months that money should be paid to me.

@WGNTV @WGNNews Hey! If I stream directly on the @WGNTV website, no problem. But if I watch through my cable provider, there is a 2-3 seconds delay between audio and video. The problem has been ongoing for weeks. I am in Canada, cable provider is Videotron. I checked with them (1 of 2)
