@fizz_ca your service is one of the worst now. So unstable internet is down for the second time this week at least. I can't afford to lose internet for my job, will probably go back to Videotron ... It will be event cheaper with their constant offers ...

I'm done using @Videotron after many years. They had exceptional service but are now almost as terrible as Bell. Crazy when a company chooses to forego ongoing revenue from a subscriber in favour of enforcing an asinine & fleeting position after doubling-down on its own error.

@Videotron why was I lied to being told my helix was $10 cheaper since my equipment was paid off and I get my bill is it's $3 more. Now being told on the phone with customers service that the guy didn't tell me that

@fanCRTCProfling @VassB If you can find a single person who would choose to wait for Bell or Rogers or Videotron to eventually maybe deliver service someday over having StarLink now, that would be a very impressive feat.

@Zyltis dont worry, I work in IT so I know my way around things, I just find it annoying that I need to login on the website to setup port forward which should be done locally >_> We switched to videotron recently and this router's a massive downgrade. Cant even set a custom dhcp client
