@Xplornet Will literally give you 80 Kbps for a download sometimes when your oversold towers are congested you said weather doesn’t affect your service and will it minorly affects your fixed wireless service to say this about your satellite services it’s just absurd

@tenwattandrew @Xplornet needs to get their act together. The days of slow internet are no longer acceptable. A $30 discount for 3 mths (That never occurred on my statement) is also not acceptable.

Hey @Xplornet - it’s been over a week since our custom business domain has been down. No resolution after hours on the phone w/ your tech team. The pandemic is difficult enough on small business, you’ve further marginalized our ability to run a business during lockdown.

@kingstonist I hope so. I have a kingston address but the only option for internet for me is Xplornet. It's slow and very expensive. I think many ppl on the outskirts are in same boat.
