    @Xplornet Internet is literally unusable, support tells me that I have to wait 10 business days for the chance of having somebody come to our house and try and fix it. Worst company ever.

    Seems XPLORNET's support site "MYEXPLORNET" has gone MIA. Each morning I check daily usage (75 G/month limit). All day yesterday and so far today, my attempts to log on are met with "This site can’t be reached The connection was reset." Wondering if anybody else has same issue?

    @stevenchasehess @Xplornet I'm waiting 24 days now for them to call me about my service issues...TWENTY FOUR DAYS...don't expect a resolution any time soon.

    @Xplornet It may be just the beginning of winter, and some Xplornet customers have gone south for winter but this particular Xplornet customer remains in Canada to face the terrible service. #CancelExplornet

    @Xplornet the last week in Valhalla, Alberta area has been abysmal for connectivity. The connection gets dropped 2-3 times per hour and it is costing me work opportunities and affecting my ability to teach my students. Is there a tower down out here?
