  • creeksidecomms Michaela Tokarski (@creeksidecomms) reported

@Xplornet I can't believe that you won't let me cancel without going through to your loyalty department with a 30 minutes... Completely unacceptable service. According to CRTC Internet Code section G section 3 all I need to do is inform you that I would like to cancel.

@dchipp @Xplornet Absolute trash service, I can’t wait to move to get rid of this ****. I’m originally from NL and if there’s internet on the ******* rock that’s actual high speed there should be reliable networking here in AB … absolutely robbing us in the north. No updates on why for me either

  • Brady_Hockey13 Brady (@Brady_Hockey13) reported

@Xplornet @bluestockingetc Yes, the alternate option is pay a stupid price out of pocket for one of your workers to uninstall your absolute garbage internet

  • dchipp David Chipp-Smith (@dchipp) reported

It has been over 15 hours with no @Xplornet internet. No one has been able to provide an update. Ever since #Xplornet purchased CCI here in Alberta, I have had nothing but issues. Unfortunately no other rural competitors in my area #fixyourshit

  • TanyaMMDash Tanya Dash (@TanyaMMDash) reported

@Xplornet The internet has been down for way over 12 hrs! When I called no one would say why or give an eta on when it will be back up! 😡 #internetdown

  • chefdills Dylan Brushett (@chefdills) reported

@dchipp @Xplornet For real though, this is THE WORST customer service I’ve ever gotten for ANYTHING! My mom who still lives in NL has Eastlink internet. I know that isn’t offered out here but the download speeds are around 150 mbps in her rural community and they always give ETAs for outages.

  • lolsportz1 Doubting Thomas (@lolsportz1) reported

@Xplornet What about Albert? You guys have been down more than 12 hrs

  • EricMPaq Éric Paquette (@EricMPaq) reported

@bluestockingetc @Xplornet WTF! They rely on an untrained individuals to remove the equipment they installed? Wow! That's high risk for a company to do.
