  • KarenCkbaxter Karen Baxter (@KarenCkbaxter) reported

@Xplornet this is BS. If you would listen to your customers when they tell you that there is a problem with YOUR TOWER instead of giving us the run around saying it’s our equipment.

  • PrincipalSmart Michelle Smart (@PrincipalSmart) reported

@Xplornet once again we have no service? Anything going on in the Estevan SK area besides no internet service?

  • DKCripple Dawn Kratzer (@DKCripple) reported

@StephenRLee @Xplornet We had them before and they were useless .. switched to CCI and it was amazing. Now that they taking over again it's been crappy and their customer service has been less than helpful.

  • nmcintyre1986 Nate Mcintyre (@nmcintyre1986) reported

@Xplornet I’m sorry that’s not acceptable. I pay for an internet service you offer, I expect to get at least close to the advertised speeds more often than not. This has not been the case at all. Limit customer sales if your network can’t handle the load.

  • Irngutaq2 Gordy Kidlapik ❄️E1-644 (@Irngutaq2) reported

Goodblaatsiaq. Any Nunavummiuqatik with Xplornet having signal problems too? I been having issues since Sunday when it's usually consistent. So far only time its off is when they're doing maintenance

  • stockyrds Stockyrds (@stockyrds) reported

  • LikePulseCrops Mark Allan Olson (@LikePulseCrops) reported

@Xplornet Honestly I am tired of calling and being told xplornet is working on it. Basically comes down to overcrowded towers and slowwwwwww speeds.

  • CowInverted InvertedCow (@CowInverted) reported

@Xplornet If you are using Xplornet service your download should be done in time for Christmas 2022.
