Xplor ... net ... is ridiculously slow tonight. Even for @Xplornet - standards. (Which are admittedly low and slow.) 10 minutes, eight retries, still 10 per cent of a 100 mb file downloaded.

For the past few weeks I’ve been seeing upload speeds of 50-78kbps - that’s an impressive new low for @Xplornet. Got in touch with customer service and was smarmily told ‘well, your plan only guarantees UP to 1mbps upload speeds, so that’s fine.’ BRUH, 78KBPS

Currently getting 18mbps down and 2mbps up on my @Xplornet connection. It was like this Saturday, Sunday and Monday as well until 5pm, then it went south. Is there a daily transfer limit? Is it just network load? This makes no sense.

@xplornet I would like my normal internet speed back please. The slowdown is not due to weather or peak traffic. My speed has been abysmal all day. Normally it's good. I grow tired of hearing the same excuses from your tech support.
