After @xplornet said today drove all the way north...now told Friday. Week without service #xplornetfail #disconnected

Clearly @Xplornet has no interest in keeping their customers. 9 years with the previous ISP #netset xplornet buys them and losses my business in a few months. Worst #customerservice I've ever experienced by a long shot. #bdnmb #internet

@sariegowie @Xplornet Lobby the federal gov't to hand free money to Bell ONLY TO BE USED for upgrading rural community wiring. Gov't won't force them to eat into their own profit for sake of rural network upgrades b/c every pension plan (even CPP) in Canada is heavily invested in BCE for the dividend.

@DealWit79925749 @CBCNews @Xplornet @CRTCeng I agree wholeheartedly. Xplornet keeps offering "discounts" - they are unable to supply the service, or even most of the service, they continue to sell to others. I was told two years ago that the tower was oversold in this area, and that it would be upgraded last year - nope.

lol it doesn’t surprise me that Bell is once again screwing rural people over. I guess my parents are stuck with their over priced shit @Xplornet internet that is no faster than dialup for a while longer.

  • aliciaderrough Alicia (@aliciaderrough) reported

@LacrosseDad16 @Xplornet I feel your pain!! 75% used 4 days in to my new billing cycle because my internet has been out of service for 5 days!

  • kayleebob Kaylee (@kayleebob) reported

I'm almost certain that I had a faster internet connection in the late 90s with dial-up AOL than I do now. Get your crap together, Xplornet.

  • chriswtburke Chris Burke (@chriswtburke) reported

.@Xplornet I really REALLY hate @bell ..but if y’all don’t figure out what’s been happening with my internet all week, I’m going to be forced to go back.. they were crazy slow, but at least I didn’t lose my connect every evening from 5pm on every 15 minutes @XplornetSupport

  • lcmacewen LorMac (@lcmacewen) reported

@Devo289 @Xplornet If I called them every time my speed drops to below dial-up, with pings in the hundreds, it would be a full-time job. Not only is the on-hold time long, the answers are lies. The company should be made to supply what they continue to advertise to people. Worst ISP ever.
