@Xplornet Please give a reason why your towers randomly cut internet (or slow it down to a halt). I've only been a customer for a month and my speeds have gone down twice to where the internet is almost unusable. I'm paying for your highest speed plan. This shouldn't happen.

@dat3010 @thunderf00t Yes, Xplornet is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Additionally I had to run a VPN to avoid their periodic disconnections for using a streaming service like netflix or youtube. I am beyond thankful for Starlink, even if Elon is a snake oil salesman.

  • rliwczak Rickdiculous (@rliwczak) reported

@Xplornet how long will you be down this time . 20 mins west of Didsbury.....

  • FarmsQuesseth Quesseth Farms (@FarmsQuesseth) reported

@Xplornet has beyond the worst customer service I've ever been privy to witness. We should tell the Chinese to use an hour on the phone with their reps as their new torture method of choice. Star link time

@Kotyjo Starlink is life changing. Updates don't take 2 days and destroy your data cap. Xplornet is one of the worst providers out there.
