You can be paying for 50 LTE and get 5mbph. @Xplornet is the worst and is a complete scam. Not worth a penny.

Just on the phone with @Xplornet for 2.5 hours and received the WORST customer service I've experienced in a long time from a supposed supervisor. It's an awful service that never works but they have no competition so guess we're stuck 🙃 You win, @Xplornet! Have a nice day!

@Xplornet For anyone thinking about becoming a customer...These guys relplied to my CCTS complaint about lack of speed indicating that THEY KNOW that they CAN'T PROVIDE what they are charging me for because of a KNOWN ISSUE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT This is IN WRITING. I can share the letter.

@bell is charging my rural small business over $218 per month for LANDLINE phone service. They told me I could get that changed to $110 per month. For. Landline. Phone. Service. @SteveClarkPC Wonder who else they're doing this to in our county? Moving to @Xplornet phone service
