  • BCrowston Bryan Crowston (@BCrowston) reported

@BaruchelNDG @kehler_nathan I am a Xplornet customer, some days two tin cans on strings would work better.

  • marshmat Matt Marsh (@marshmat) reported

@Xplornet @EORN_CA ....on Kepler tower (Sydenham ON). ECI 05E1101 if you're curious. Issue 3. Your call centre system, if overwhelmed, says "we'll hold your place in line and call you back." But that system broke three years ago and you never fixed it. If the lines aren't answered....

  • MATT627 Crumpy (@MATT627) reported

@LovelyLadyLinda @Xplornet The appropriate actions would be a working internet service but that won't happen with these guys

  • KimJone04052805 Kim Jones (@KimJone04052805) reported

@Xplornet oh my apologies, I was referring to 12 years ago when we lived in the countryside. The biggest issue was wind & the dish moving & it was terrible service, more to do with the area I believe than your service, which had the best customer service actually. I should’ve clarified 🙏

  • alfred131 alfred dockstader (@alfred131) reported

@Xplornet This picture wont even load on your service lol

  • MoMac630 Maureen McCarthy (@MoMac630) reported

@LovelyLadyLinda @Xplornet They have great customer service. I was struggling financially last year and they worked with me while I got back on my feet. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. I won’t forget it.

  • Katy_marsh86 Katy Marsh (@Katy_marsh86) reported

@marshmat @Xplornet Call tech support to report the issue. Oh wait...

  • marshmat Matt Marsh (@marshmat) reported

@Xplornet @EORN_CA ...and nobody returns the calls, how exactly are we supposed to contact you? Maybe your support email? But that just goes to a bot that replies to literally everything with "thanks, please phone us, we don't do tickets by email". And we gave you millions of dollars .....

  • marshmat Matt Marsh (@marshmat) reported

So @Xplornet umm, you know the "our wait times are insane tonight so we'll hold your place in line and call you back" function on your tech support line has been completely and utterly broken for three years, right?

  • MATT627 Crumpy (@MATT627) reported

@reikokoyama79 @Xplornet That's gunna be the new norm. They're less than absolute ****. The most unreliable nonsense to could ever conceive of. Enjoy paying lots for very little.
