Given this I want to cancel my account but you won't let me do this until I speak to your loyalty department.

I’m close to the Xplornet tower at 28 side road and even so, it’s hard to even do basic stuff at times.

Around in circles for days I have been told i) automated payment system doesn’t work with Apple iPhones ii) password reset on account doesn’t work with Microsoft email…WTF!
