And why wouldn't you warn people that the equipment is overheating so you had to power it down, instead of just shutting it off without saying anything and causing chaos???

This guy says the leaves on the trees make it an "unsuitable location for high-speed". Did the tower move? No. My house? No.

Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?
