@Xplornet We live in the Brookville ON area. We pay for a 25mg download. It NEVER get anywhere near that speed with regular signal drops. 50 km from the core of Toronto! If Bell would run fibe here I would drop your “service” immediately. Over charged and under serviced. Brutal

@Xplornet Things are resolved. The contractor was able to explain the problem and resolve it. Your CSRs were not able to adequately provide an explanation. It was apparent that they were unaware of what was happening in the field. You communication to clients was poor. /1

@Xplornet while I recognize I live in a rural PEI community I at least expect consistent reliable internet service. Which is not at all what I am getting. I pay for 50Mb speeds and basically NEVER get that speed. What I do get are 1,000MS ping and 10-22Mb. Time to switch to Bell!
