@Xplornet And then when other options come finally you upgrade like you didn’t oversell in the first place Business is business but you’re literally shady as hell based on my experience you provide minimal service and only upgrade when you have to you were only going to do 100 with 5G

Hey @Xplornet - it’s been over a week since our custom business domain has been down. No resolution after hours on the phone w/ your tech team. The pandemic is difficult enough on small business, you’ve further marginalized our ability to run a business during lockdown.

@Xplornet why oh why does my service keeping dropping. For two weeks now, stops and starts, drops off completely and have to power cycle it. It was good for so long and now...crap. It is extremely important to be online with kids at home!!! Be better.

@tenwattandrew @Xplornet needs to get their act together. The days of slow internet are no longer acceptable. A $30 discount for 3 mths (That never occurred on my statement) is also not acceptable.
