    @bkives @Xplornet internet and customer service is complete trash. They advertise you'll get a certain speed and then you never get that speed and they don't care when you call them out on it. Awful internet

    @Xplornet Did he also find interet service? Mine has been deliberately shut down by @Xplornet . They are unwilling to own up to their mistake. @Xplornet is the worst!

    @GerardCooke8 @jbondguy007 @Xplornet The Bouctouche, NB tower for me was 30-40 mbps all the time last summer/fall. Now it’s 3-5mbps or less the majority of the time & not strong enough for work requirements or to even have 2 devices at the same time. No changes to my devices or network connections. #frustrated

    @Xplornet some problems? how can a tech help me make YOUR service morw reliable. thats a you problem that i have to deal with the consequences from. the only way this can and will be resolved is when i switch providers

    @jbondguy007 @Xplornet Your lucky. The Pugwash NS tower most nights is around 5 to 7 download and maybe 2 upload if you are lucky but we are paying for up to 50 down and 10 up. Never got more then 2 up once

    @benlucier @EvanGetson MB Gov is about to finalize an RFP in which they basically hand a provincial crown-owned fibre network to Xplornet. Local ISPs are not pleased

    @Woofers_MB I asked. No cost incurred to Xplornet, but they will reimburse MB Hydro if the Crown corporation incurs cost to operationalize the network to them.
