Ally Bryant (@Eh_Bee_Sea) reportedNo one answering @xplore_ca "24-7" customer support line. 3 or 4 tries in the last week... on hold indefinitely. The same song plays over and over and over. Email support? Auto-reply that a "case has been opened" with no details or information about actually getting service.

Mark Carruthers (@MarkC_Avgi) reported@jzantinge2 @KenSchaus We had Xplornet from the time of them first offering service in our area &, after being without any internet for 2 months in 2020, we changed to another non-Bell / non-Rogers internet service provider. Fibre has been laid in our area to be connected soon.

Sir Jerry J. Molnár (@BlackhawkJer) reported@xplore_ca You need to be a premium user in order to send private messages on this platform. I've contacted my credit card company to cancel payments to your company. I will no longer be needing your services.
-
Sherri Richard (@rich_sherri) reported@mcleodtaylor1 @Eastlink That's cheap...I pay $124 for @Bell_Aliant and you can't even watch a movie without continual buffing. Garbage service. Looking at Xplornet which is similar pricing but hopefully better service.

Cowgirl Quinn 🇨🇦 (@GoldenDragonXll) reported@xplore_ca Wifi is still down in PEI...
-
Gerard Cooke (@GerardCooke8) reported@xplore_ca You don’t need my account information to tell me if an upgrade is planned for the Pugwash, Nova Scotia tower and if so when. You have my name that will show I am a customer of xplore.
-
Peter van Oordt (@PvO385) reported@xplore_ca As an Xplore customer, I can attest that their service is the best when there are literally no other options available, save for maybe smoke signals and carrier pigeons.
-
Arpad Hild (@zotfot) reported@Penny36274714 @reaIDonaIdTru_ Well I had xplornet and was paying $140 for 300 GB but I switched to landline internet with telus and now I pay $70 a month with a home phone and get unlimited data and much better service now too

BJMMURPHY 🇨🇦 (@BJMMURPHY1) reportedAnother day dealing with painfully slow internet in #Northumberland. How are others dealing with this? Is it only my connection? @PLawrenceMP we need reliable reasonably priced rural internet. Xplornet is our only option providing us with an upload speed of .2. That’s point 2!

JJ Temple (@pcman87654) reported@xplore_ca Still blows my mind how you can't update your customers during the outage but you'll share posts about bald eagles casually. Was on hold for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and didn't get through to anybody.
