i just delt with Ryan at xplornet and he was very rude implying that i had no common sense and eluding that I was stupid because i was old. I was very rude back to him. the curse of xplornet monopoly

@lepp Well I did come across a couple of Bell VP's that had 1) Xplornet and 2) Videotron because Bell's service sucked for them. Yes, they had a nice big discount, but not free they said. We'll know this week which one is fake! ;) Either way I think positions are open on both!

@RobertELaurie @LFarmakoulas My understanding from minimal research is monthly fees are about the same as Xplornet but you have to purchase the equipment upfront (+/- $350 USD). But my Xplornet is almost as slow as dial up some days and Starlink is allot faster

@Xplornet what gives? I understand if the wifi doesn’t work when the weather is poor, but there is not a single cloud in the sky and it’s sunny and our wifi isn’t working

@Xplornet So I've been with your internet service for almost a year and it hasnt changed since you made the change.... TLDR; bad wifi provider says it's going faster and it didnt change

@Xplornet oh my apologies, I was referring to 12 years ago when we lived in the countryside. The biggest issue was wind & the dish moving & it was terrible service, more to do with the area I believe than your service, which had the best customer service actually. I should’ve clarified 🙏
