@prairiecentrist My Xplornet cost for 2021 was $812. That included a $200 hardware/install. I pause the service for five a months while travelling at $9/mth - don't believe Starlink offers a pause. The cost of a Starlink install was over $800. I have truly unlimited with zero throttling.

.@Xplornet there's been a tower issue where I am for almost 24 hours now. Any possible way this will get fixed soon? It's the Glen Valley tower. Also, am I going to get some sort of discount for this outage time?

@Xplornet Not too happy with your service. My parents who are seniors living in the 100 Mile House, BC area haven't had internet for over 3 weeks. Keep getting ****** around with service calls. They miss family video calls especially in these Covid 19 times. How can you help?

@Xplornet Here’s a thought…Perhaps you could FIX the service you bill customers in rural NB before expanding? Your internet service is spotty at the best of times and with people paying significantly higher fees than those of us who are fortunate to have good service. STAR LINK for sure
