My daughter just asked me "dad, what was it like growing up in the 80s?" So I told her there was no internet. Just like being an @Xplornet customer.

  • TKC_1233 Jonathan Fortuna (@TKC_1233) reported

@Xplornet Called tech support and got the old, “Unplug your router...Oh that didn’t work? Then pay $120 for a service call, or add an extra $7.50 a month to you bill for the extended warranty, and then we’ll come fix the **** equipment we installed.”

  • harrbca Brad Harrison (@harrbca) reported

@Xplornet Would you mind maybe doing some maintenance and upgrades to the Vanscoy tower? It’s been working poorly for about 2 months now. Getting tired of the daily issues.

  • PotterBarry Barry Potter (@PotterBarry) reported

@CousineauAlbert @MattBerlett @Xplornet We are on parolink. 10 down 2 up. Works well. But Starlink. 150 down 50 up. Game changer

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

  • Radeonis Joey Corney (@Radeonis) reported

@Xplornet I've been through all of this before and even after reviewing my information they basically just tell me I'm **** out of luck and it is what it is. I've missed important meeting because the service is so terrible I cannot connect to a voice call.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet And in all that time he had as good internet service as I do today. Which is to say, he didn't have service at all for most of it, because it was non-existent. Just like mine is right now. Fix. Your. Network.

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@Xplornet @TKC_1233 @xplornet, STOP THE LIES. You are not 'sorry'; if you were, you would fix the problem. You will not fix his issues by 'troubleshooting'.
