Jeff Calder (@jcalder1983) reported from Montcalm, Manitoba@Plantmore1 @perrin_05 @Shortnyk Yeah, isp shouldn’t make any difference on WiFi signal. Xplornet sucks. Never had so much trouble with an isp than we have had with them. Glad I don’t have it anymore.
-
Jeff Calder (@jcalder1983) reported from Montcalm, Manitoba@Xplornet @XplornetES You guys suck. Service isn’t even 2G level.
-
Jeff Calder (@jcalder1983) reported from Montcalm, Manitoba@DtotheIzzoAcres @Xplornet @NetSetMB I’m always livid. And last time I complained their internet person got snarky with me via DM. Apparently I’m wrong for expecting the service I pay for. Shame to see NetSet go down that path. They were so good. Waiting for fiber this summer.
-
Farmerjeoff (@jcalder1983) reported from Montcalm, Manitoba@SassyFarmWife_ @Xplornet Mine has acted up since the minute xplornet bought NetSet. Xplornet sucks.
-
Farmerjeoff (@jcalder1983) reported from Montcalm, ManitobaHey @Xplornet Yes, the check I mailed you must not be there yet. Yes I got your ******* email from “collections” for a bill I got 10 days ago and yes I ignored your phone call. I paid the bill with a check and credit card to shut you up. Also your service sucks. 25 Mbps my ass
-
Jeff Calder (@jcalder1983) reported from Montcalm, Manitoba@TheHellcey @Xplornet @NetSetMB I remember you didn’t like having problems with your stream.
-
Jeff Calder (@jcalder1983) reported from Montcalm, Manitoba@KevSab12 @landon707 @BaldurBarons @NH3_Guy @neiljakubowski @bigbushelsag @T_Bartman @Xplornet @GetVisp That’s not a fiber network. Morenet is wireless. Fiber doesn’t fix everything, if the ISP doesn’t have enough bandwidth nothing will fix that. Advantage of fiber is it can carry so much, but it has its limits.
-
Jeff Calder (@jcalder1983) reported from Altona, Manitoba@DtotheIzzoAcres @Xplornet I cancelled my service with xplornet 2 days after they took full control of NetSet. I’d rather not have internet than give them money.
-
Jeff Calder 🏴☠️🦆 (@jcalder1983) reported from Montcalm, Manitoba@ctvwinnipeg As a former Xplornet customer I must say this was an extremely dumb move. They are the worst company in existence.
-
Jeff Calder (@jcalder1983) reported from Montcalm, ManitobaThe replies to this are amazing. Xplornet is the worst isp ever.
-
Jeff Calder (@jcalder1983) reported from Montcalm, Manitoba@NH3_Guy @traviswillerton @BaldurBarons @Xplornet Won’t hear me anymore. Canceled that shit today.
-
Jeff Calder 🏴☠️🦆 (@jcalder1983) reported from Montcalm, Manitoba@MBAgDays @Xplornet Best day of my life wasn’t my wedding or either of my two sons being born, but it was when I cancelled my Xplornet internet connection in favor of a different ISP. Frankly if I was in charge I’d respect ag days more for shutting down in favor of accepting money from Xplornet.

-
Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported@xplore_ca I'm getting latency of 1.5s with my Xplore service. Not much of a bargain.
-
Colin Stewart (@cstewartyqr) reported@tammyrobert @SaskTel What really kills me with SaskTel though is their employees' assertion that no private company would provide service in rural SK (which they don't, either). Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.
-
Hugh G Rekshun (@ThirtyStone420) reported@djhaubrich You don’t actually have pay for their service calls. That’s just another way they try to suck more money out of you. Just don’t back down from saying no. They’ll fold. They always do. I was a Xplornet customer for 20+ years now I have @SpaceXStarlink
-
CJH (@CJH39493411) reported@xplore_ca Why? I told you I’ve talked to you guys. Unless you trained a bunch of people in the last week you are asking me to waste more of my time on a company that doesn’t value its customers. For what? So YOU can feel better because you can say you tried to help? Pathetic!
-
AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 Its a trap no one can help you they just look at your device and say its congestion or there is nothing they can do. Every thing is fine here. Worst service in Canada It should be ILLEGAL you claim you can watch high quality streaming.
-
Dean H. (@loopholefarms) reported@wheatiepete @Andrew_Dalgarno You know you are a garbage company when you have to rebrand. #xplornet
-
AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 IM watching my signal go from 16-17 -15 SINR AND THIS IS ACCEPTABLE what..... my internet stutters and lags when it hits that low. Hands down worst service.
-
AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca Bro worst internet in history of canadians. Id rather have bell or rogers with a CAP. #xplornethasthirdworldinternet
-
Brett Petracek (@BrettRace) reported@LyttonW90219 @Martyupnorth_2 The satellite xplornet was migraine inducing. Their tower service is much better, but i don't think they offer above 50mbps yet. If they don't offer faster speeds/higher bandwidth soon I might be going to starlink.
-
Mark Carruthers (@MarkC_Avgi) reported@jzantinge2 @KenSchaus We had Xplornet from the time of them first offering service in our area &, after being without any internet for 2 months in 2020, we changed to another non-Bell / non-Rogers internet service provider. Fibre has been laid in our area to be connected soon.
