@DtotheIzzoAcres @Xplornet @NetSetMB I’m always livid. And last time I complained their internet person got snarky with me via DM. Apparently I’m wrong for expecting the service I pay for. Shame to see NetSet go down that path. They were so good. Waiting for fiber this summer.

Fiber doesn’t fix everything, if the ISP doesn’t have enough bandwidth nothing will fix that. Advantage of fiber is it can carry so much, but it has its limits.

@BrockLupton @Xplornet Since they won't get back to you I will. Throughout the day their support number had a message saying they had issues with their Deseronto site, affecting Napanee. The message is gone now so hopefully that means things are fixed. Fingers crossed.
