    @DtotheIzzoAcres @Xplornet @NetSetMB I’m always livid. And last time I complained their internet person got snarky with me via DM. Apparently I’m wrong for expecting the service I pay for. Shame to see NetSet go down that path. They were so good. Waiting for fiber this summer.

    @sharonhoyes @Xplornet Xplornet called me a couple of months ago and said they were going to do a ‘preemptive’ fix as the noticed my internet was slow. They came out, it got worse, then they told me my warranty was up and would have to pay for future visits. 😳

    @Xplornet service vey slow tonight in Southern NB. New customer here. Called 1-800 number, recorded message indicated weather. It’s clear but cold here. 3 kids online learning tomorrow. Is this normal when it gets cold?

    @Xplornet I contacted your customer support yesterday. I waited 1 hr 25 min on hold to get through. They couldn't help me and said they would pass my issue on to a specialized service team who is not available 24/7. I have yet to hear back. This issue has gone on for three days now.

    @ONTSpecialNeeds Bell was cheaper. Maybe $80 per month. But it was slow. So bad that we ended up getting Xplornet as well (so 2 internet providers) and tethering off of phone data as well. Starlink is much better.
