@DtotheIzzoAcres @Xplornet @NetSetMB I’m always livid. And last time I complained their internet person got snarky with me via DM. Apparently I’m wrong for expecting the service I pay for. Shame to see NetSet go down that path. They were so good. Waiting for fiber this summer.

Fiber doesn’t fix everything, if the ISP doesn’t have enough bandwidth nothing will fix that. Advantage of fiber is it can carry so much, but it has its limits.

@dianapoulsen @Xplornet I have the same problem in Kawarthas with them, they can't take any calls, and their "support" email tells me they can't provide support via email!
