Pretty sure having near zero internet on a daily basis from my 25M @Xplornet service is not normal. Nor are the thousands and thousands of people complaining daily about how horrible xplornet support is. Maintenance done on Monday seems to have destroyed even the 4M I was getting

@Allisonfarms @dennydenny1020 50mbps minimum download speed 150 top our TELUS hub and past xplornet internet has never topped 20 in the past decade being a couple miles away I imagine yours is no different better get on it Bradley!

@SuprSquirrel The town i live outside of is 9k and everyone surrounding me has internet lol but my dirt road has no lines going down it ... always had terrible service with xplornet and its way overpriced so im excited to try this

@Nick62289935 @Xplornet @moseleywilliams I agree Nick, as an Xplornet customer we've had little to no internet for weeks now and the technicians they send out have no explanation. We suspect they've made changes to our service or the traffic management policy is restricting our bandwidth instead of what were paying for
