    @Xplornet 1/2 I tweeted this 2 days ago & ur just offering help now? If I had waited on u, I would be on day 11 of no internet. After finally demanding talks w/a supervisor, I finally got my modem replaced.

    @NayHarley Do it. Starlink on its worst day is still 100x better than Xplornet on its best

    @rliwczak @Xplornet @starlink Yeah, when I set up my most recent labtop, when connecting it to my wifi, it actually told me that the "security network was outdated consider changing networks or talk to your service provider"

    @rliwczak @Xplornet @starlink And the way they throttle is also insane.. with 6 kids that need internet for school as well as my wife being in college by noon our speeds are trash. We live out in the country and they are the only service provider... For now.

    @ayrporte @Xplornet Because for $20 more a month you get 20x the internet, it never slows down. They don’t throttle your speeds after 6pm. Their service was terrible, customer service even worse.

    @Xplornet By tomorrow, I will be on day 9 of my internet being completely down. Servicing dealer won’t return my calls, Xplornet says they will “escalate” my claim. The problem is that I simply need a new modem. No one will help me. I’m being held internet hostage.

    @Xplornet Your satellite service is terrible. Not usable. We pay $130 a month and hope to be able to send a text message. Usually, they fail to send.
