@nielsernest @Xplornet Check to see if your dish was grounded, I paid for installation and the technician never grounded my dish which led to 3 years + of crap service!

@JoshE3866 @NunavutWatch That was weird eh? No cell service after getting used to it and losing contact to family, luckily we have Xplornet.

@Xplornet @lammy9661 You seem to love to review accounts. My service has been out - completely - for over 4 weeks now and I can't get any updates other than the same "we are investigating" that I heard day one.

If you live in Canada and are moving and there's only one choice for a wifi provider called Xplornet don't get it. I've had it for a year and they promise good service (which is a ******* lie) DO NOT GET IT. It is very slow and if there is more than one thing on it goes ******.

Day 11 & still no internet. The operative word in customer service is service; it's not a promise or logo or a survey. Its a deliverable & @Xplornet hasn't delivered. I'm now xploring 4 a new provider!

@Xplornet Please give a reason why your towers randomly cut internet (or slow it down to a halt). I've only been a customer for a month and my speeds have gone down twice to where the internet is almost unusable. I'm paying for your highest speed plan. This shouldn't happen.

@Xplornet I am in an area where maintenance is being performed. I have had no service for >6 hours and counting. Any update?

@dat3010 @thunderf00t Yes, Xplornet is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Additionally I had to run a VPN to avoid their periodic disconnections for using a streaming service like netflix or youtube. I am beyond thankful for Starlink, even if Elon is a snake oil salesman.
