    lol Xplornet thinks I’m gonna wait six days for them to come fix my internet. If it’s not done by Monday they’ll never see another dime. @Bell would you like a new customer? Who wouldn’t?

    @cbraedley @CBCNS @nsgov I literally signed up for Xplornet today. Been livi mg without internet at the house for several years, reluctant to pay for Xplornet. They have promos now that are palatable and give me something until Fibre arrives next year. It’s sad in this day and age to have these issues

    @xplore_ca Once again business fiber is down during operating hours and can't get ahold of anyone for support... Why are we paying $600 a month and can't even talk to someone for support.

    Dear @xplornet. Thanks so much for the worst service. 2wks for a service call is unacceptable. How can any business survive without internet for 2wks. Starlink is on it's way.

    Tofield** Telus service tonight 1-5 am Telus is working on their router in Tofield over night and they expect brief outages on all services . This may effect Xplornet, Telus , Big Wifi , and Eastlink.

    @xplore_ca You need to fix your internet it's getting really annoying I use YouTube to help me sleep and it never works I try resetting and nothing

    @xplore_ca The last few days our speeds have been between .5 and 1 not much works at that speed and in April they are increasing rates because we get such amazing service NOT

    @xplore_ca Oh ya? 3 calls to cancel advising AH was deceased and offered death certificate. Still got billed another month and called only to have agent demand to speak to my dead father. Two calls later and it is cancelled. 5 calls total to cancel.
