I am using mobile data to access online services, thanks to Xplornet and their "traffic management policies" destroying my connection. Maybe I should start sending my bill for that back to @Xplornet every month since they're not providing the service they're advertising.

@k_mcbc @Xplornet #xplornet is a joke. Put them right up there with #bell. Haven’t had internet since Dec 23. Tech came and got it working for 4hrs yesterday and now gone again. 3 kids starting remote learning Monday. Cancelled service and went with #WTC 🤞

@Xplornet "Finding an ISP that actually works" is hardly adapting or innovating, but it is what's required the thrive. Maybe you could attempt to actually serve your customers and help out with that? Might be asking too much of @APLenehan to give up some of that cash though.

@Xplornet Up to, poor guy doesn't even know he's straight up getting lied to. The xplornet customers should start paying "up to" 100% of our bills.

Still so happy about a month into my @SpaceXStarlink service! Unhooked my Xplornet modem today and probably going to cancel in January. Expectations have been exceeded so far with the new service. Thanks @SpaceX for fixing a big issue!!!

Why is @Xplornet allowed to throttle speed in the evening, just when I want to watch some Bridgerton? It’s a completely useless service between 5 and 11 p.m.

@Shawridgefarm Our internet has been fine all through the first lockdown. About a month ago, we get a flyer, @Xplornet is offering faster speeds. Now our internet sucks. Been out more in last month than previous 8 or so years we have been with them. Stupid slow speeds also

@Xplornet Actually read like: We hope they paid their internet bills because we'll chuck em out and care nothing for their hardships as xplornet is a greed driven, promise breaking, vastly out of date, dithering, ISP that runs under the banner of cronyism and self-service.
