@Xplornet Since morning no signal in my area. You are not informing your customers for service outages, this is unfair and you not worth the payment you recieved.

Hour 3 of no @xplornet internet, their excuse was it was the fault of Silo Wireless the company Xplornet bought out claiming they sold them shoddy towers/equipment. Worked great before ya'll bought them out. Internet went to **** the day @Xplornet took over. @SucksXplornet

More about accountability. I've never once seen @Xplornet admit how bad they are, so I call BS on that one. What are you accountable for? Retweeting feel good stories from Twitter and posting fake testimonials?

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

I think the @Xplornet Twitter has been hacked. They haven't posted anything about fixing their awful network in a while. It's all retweets of completely unrelated things and a contest for a crappy tablet. Nice distractions. Does @APLenehan hand pick what to retweet?

@Xplornet @CRTCeng Since morning no signal in my area. You are not informing your customers for service outages, this is unfair and you not worth the payment we do.

@Xplornet No internet service whole day. If you guys planning to maintinance work that long, why not informing your customers earlier? We are not your slaves we are paying for the service. Please attention to our words.

@Xplornet I did with no resolution. Will be changing to another ISP. Your technical support sucks! #fail

  • frankpolat Frank Polat (@frankpolat) reported

@CanadianPM @JustinTrudeau almost 2021 and we don't have internet service in Frankford, ON. Xplornet monopoly here and if they shut down the service without notification we are staying without internet. Who can help?

  • mike_strik Michael Strik (@mike_strik) reported

@Xplornet is it too windy or too cold for the internet to be working this afternoon? We had no service all afternoon!!!

  • Sandchez02 Daniel Sands (@Sandchez02) reported

Update..approaching 2 hours on the phone waiting @xplornet I’ve been through your entire song library and still no internet. How about an email system that allows customers know there’s an outage and that you’re working on it? After all we pay you millions per year and for what?
