    @koopy @Xplornet We had them as a internet provider then moved 10 min away (still in the country) and got Bell. Never, ever an internet issue, worth every dime. 🙌 You don’t realize how bad a service is until you have a better one to compare it to.

    Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet

    @Xplornet Xplornet has bought out my current provider and now I am unable to get service as you are not using their towers. This is the second time this has happened to us. #nothanksxplornet

    @CRTCeng @Xplornet charges me $165 for 150GB and states up to 1 mbps up and up to 23mbps down. I get 0.4 up and 1.6 down. I get 50% up and 14% down which is ridiculous and a rip off. What's your role and btw it is not just me as you are probably aware already. @MaryamMonsef
