@DohfuVFX @Xplornet We just switched to a new provider. Much faster, $30 less per month, and works 24/7 whereas xplornet wouldn’t work every few hours snd when it worked it was usually much slower than we paid for. We couldnt watch netflix or work from cottage with xplornet, so slow/unreliable.

@Ivanisawesome @Xplornet I love how they don't think I was smart enough to call support or that I'll somehow get a better answer if I call again.

@pugganoche @kathleenogrady Omg, Xplornet satellite service is just bad. It might be a long shot, but perhaps starlink could be an option. I know people who have had success with it in this part of the world.

@SaskTel @Xplornet @MyAccessCA should be investing in rural communities for better internet services and tens of thousands of rural customers wouldn’t opt to support a certain California company for our internet. 1/2

@Xplornet How about you get the customer you just hooked up to report back in a couple of months with the actual speeds they are 'enjoying.'

meantime I am having drinks with my neighbour, both of us 2 wks past the 2nd dose and I ask him about his connection. He is an @Xplornet customer. He's had problems all week and he was told by CSR that there were problems with @Xplornet equipment at Wellington water tower. /6
