@xplore_ca It's overly expensive for no reason. The recent upgrade I got is a lot more stable but there are times it is absolute dog **** for the 100+ dollars I pay a month for 50mbs. Waiting for Fibre to come down my road.

  • HydraulicDesign James Carruthers (@HydraulicDesign) reported

@xplore_ca sent someone to "upgrade" my service to a new nearby tower and my service went from "fair" to "almost unusable." The contractor brushed off my immediately noticing it was worse as if I can't tell the difference between my wifi and my Net speed.

  • voiceshapes Georgia, yr comics teacher (@voiceshapes) reported

Anyone have Xplornet & can’t get consistent service with a 3rd party router? Really want to keep using what I have but my access keeps cutting, like a few times a day - the router says it’s the modem & the modem says it’s the router 😭 Both support services can’t figure it out

  • DanWiebeFree Dan Wiebe (@DanWiebeFree) reported

@xplore_ca Don’t believe a word of Xplorenet . I know this from personal experience and my friends and acquaintances share my experience. The speeds and data are far lower than they “sell” their service is crap. Starlink work’s terrific.

  • PvO385 Peter van Oordt (@PvO385) reported

@xplore_ca As an Xplore customer, I can attest that their service is the best when there are literally no other options available, save for maybe smoke signals and carrier pigeons.

  • TristanKoschma2 Tristan Koschmann (@TristanKoschma2) reported

@xplore_ca Hey your guys is internet is down since Thursday any help ?

  • rich_sherri Sherri Richard (@rich_sherri) reported

@mcleodtaylor1 @Eastlink That's cheap...I pay $124 for @Bell_Aliant and you can't even watch a movie without continual buffing. Garbage service. Looking at Xplornet which is similar pricing but hopefully better service.

  • gill_tv Trevor Gill (@gill_tv) reported

@xplore_ca internet down again. Why do we not see outages on your twitter? Where do we look for these?

  • jamesfisher12 James Fisher (@jamesfisher12) reported

@xplore_ca Don’t worry I fixed the problem it’s ur company

  • keithwawanesa Keith Murray (@keithwawanesa) reported

@Mullin_95 I always had great service from Netset, until they sold out to Xplorenet. Xplornet is the best advertising for Rfnow! @RFNOW_Inc RFnow has the same good service as the old Netset.
