Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet

@tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works

E-Clip It Solutions in Saskatoon was the installer. Jeff, I expect better from you. This is just insulting, considering that run of cable was installed prior and re-used for the Xplornet radio. You just guaranteed I will never hire you or your company for any jobs ever again.
