Why have an email if you don’t intend to respond to the email? This is classic big business garbage service. Useless

Bars Stallone (@TheTechnicianhd) reported@Xplornet This is the worst service out there. Best case scenario take there internet speed you pay for and divide it by 10. That’s what you will get. Example 50 mbps you will actually get 5 mbps.

Over 1K paid(over months) and 2 days use before breakdown. Have to fallback to @Xplornet which is more reliable. Please get better support system.
