@Xplornet . Poor service and not taking phone inquiries. Why were they given a government contract.

Just heard from other villagers that I am not the only one experiencing issues this week. Many of us have been unplugging the damn routers and plugging them back in, as @Xplornet often advises to do when you call them with any internet issue.

    Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet People are supposed to be socially distancing and here you are telling xplornet customers to go to their friends house and use their internet to listen to podcasts? I mean, xplornet internet can't handle loading anything since xplornet internet is mostly garbage.

@Xplornet You are one of the worst internet providers this company has to offer. Your scummy and borderline illegal practices should get this terrible excuse for a company shut down

@Xplornet It was **** for three days. Got the messages every day about maintenance. Not just briefly. Did a speed test this morning. Barely getting 20 mbps. Good thing I am paying $125 a month for 50 mbps. Can’t wait for Starlink.

@Xplornet Xplornet is scum. This reply took 4 tries to get posted. Great service! Garbage.

@Smash88209599 @andremorneault @DominicCardy If you have “good internet” via Xplornet you should consider yourself extremely lucky. 95% of xplornet users have the worst internet in the country

@OriginaIPenguin @thestadialife Keep in mind I had fibre internet at the time. I've since moved and now Stadia feels like a broken piece of **** with @Xplornet as my ISP. P.S. Xplornet, you suck harder than a brand new Dyson vacuum.

  • StephenPunwasi
    Stephen Punwasi (@StephenPunwasi) reported

@DrTed77 Xplornet was $150 for 100 GB/month for a quarter the speed, with latency so bad you couldn’t do video conferencing. They only upgraded this year after competition, and it’s still way worse.

  • UE_Films
    Unknown Error (@UE_Films) reported

@Xplornet Already did & got no help. If teachers & grocery store workers are forced to go back to work surrounded by dozens of people every day, your technicians should have to go to work to start upgrading people's internet. We've been at home for almost a year straight with no upgrades.
