@Xplornet Already did & got no help. If teachers & grocery store workers are forced to go back to work surrounded by dozens of people every day, your technicians should have to go to work to start upgrading people's internet. We've been at home for almost a year straight with no upgrades.

Please, please fix Xplornet satellite. Unusable again! We have been with Xplornet for over 10 yrs and it gets worse and worse!! NEVER get the speed we pay for. Nothing wrong with our system. You have a monopoly that is oversubscribed.

@Xplornet It was **** for three days. Got the messages every day about maintenance. Not just briefly. Did a speed test this morning. Barely getting 20 mbps. Good thing I am paying $125 a month for 50 mbps. Can’t wait for Starlink.

@Xplornet After almost 1.5hrs on hold, I finally got through to someone who was of great help. Y’all should really have some kind of app or something for customers to report an outage. Being stuck on hold for 1+ hrs to talk to someone for 10min is beyond irritating

@Xplornet Your customers have been missing good internet when it's most needed, but yeah, tell them about something that has nothing to do with xplornet's terrible internet service.

@CraigBaird @Xplornet Riable internet, what a joke, I pay for 25 down and average from 5 to 8 down. That is not reliable it is a rip off

@Xplornet People wondering why they keep doing this, it's for 2 reasons. 1: Xplornet keeps trying to bury unhappy customers' replies, like this. 2: They'll try and use this to push the narrative that they are working for Canadians. Not going to work since they never show their actual work.
