    @kevinlpeters @Mullin_95 @Xplornet I suspended my service for 6 months, but it just kicked back in. $33/ Month before. It is awful changing email addresses again.

    @INeededTheMoney @Xplornet Ya can't say I disagree... service was amazing for a year. Now it's gone to **** . Peak loads down to continual buffering. CCI acquisition had old infrastructure and now they are using it too. Very disappointed. Have several friends in this area with @starlink. Rave reviews.

    NEVER use @Xplornet! They are a rip off with terrible service so I cancelled as soon I as another provider became available. They are still taking money from my account and their responses are unaccountable, dishonest, and extremely shady!

    NEVER use @Xplornet! They are a rip off with terrible service that have wrongfully taken money from me even after I cancelled my account. The responses I get are inconsistent, dishonest, unaccountable, and extremely shady! They won't fix it and that leaves me with no groceries.

    @Xplornet I have been an Xplornet customer for years and have nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately, I can't get the LTE high speed where I live (physical obstructions - mountains), and need to switch providers, but thank you Xplornet for providing internet to rural areas!

    @Xplornet Your company has tried to fix this issue 50 times with no luck. Some nights I cannot even watch a movie with downloads of 1

    @Xplornet haha, note the "up to" in there - in reality, what you'll get is 2mb for 18 hours a day, and zero connection for the other 6. If you want awful service, and even worse customer support, then sure, give Xplornet a call.

    @Xplornet @chriswtburke A) they're not sorry, and B) if you do provide them with your account info, they'll block you from contacting support in the future. This company provides an awful service, and then refuses to actually offer any support or assistance.

    Had @Xplornet for 3 days and it's only been working for 1 of those 3, on top of that the technician won't be able to come and fix it till the 20th. 😡😡
