@Xplornet Too late. My starlink arrived today. I've called tech support 3 or 3 times already and for the same answer... Congestion flag, a crew is working on upgrades which will be done in (enter future date here). Unfortunate.

We have had @Xplornet for about 11 years in our current location. Had them before that too. Up until last January I would give them a minus star review. Now 5 stars! Now if our Telus cell service was as good… Thanks for the incredibly positive changes Xplornet!

@Xplornet so you took over CCI ( who had amazing technical support) only to put me on hold for an hour and a half to call me back to put them on hold for another 30 minutes only to hang up on me! We got rid of you the first time for thiS!. Not impressed #CustomerService

@Xplornet this is BS. If you would listen to your customers when they tell you that there is a problem with YOUR TOWER instead of giving us the run around saying it’s our equipment.

@StephenRLee @Xplornet I give them a minus now until they fix the Pugwash, NS tower. I have talked about 20 people out of buying their service out here as it suck’s especially at nights and on weekends when the signal goes from 30 download to 1

@Xplornet And it’s out again for the second time tonight. @Xplornet I want to make sure you understand, I signed up for starlink today and it will be here Friday. The way this company is run is terrible, and the service is aweful. This is why you have lost another customer.

What a surprise! Again tonight our wonderful service with @Xplornet is out! Amazingly though we had 4.5 hours today when it sort of worked! So glad a Tech came out 3 weeks ago and "fixed" it. Perhaps it is what I have said 100 or more times, the equipment doesn't work properly!!

@Xplornet I’m sorry that’s not acceptable. I pay for an internet service you offer, I expect to get at least close to the advertised speeds more often than not. This has not been the case at all. Limit customer sales if your network can’t handle the load.
