  • JeffTurets Jeff T. (@JeffTurets) reported

@loopholefarms @environmentca @Xplornet Their updated radar website sucks. Plain and simple.

  • bartin_mennett Martin Bennett (@bartin_mennett) reported

******* christ. @Xplornet has the absolute WORST internet in all of Ontario. Maybe even Canada. Paying for 20 down and 2.5 up. Lucky to get even half of that. You had a goddamn year of a pandemic to fix your **** and you did nothing! If there was another option I would switch.

  • AndrewMcCallum2 Andrew McCallum (@AndrewMcCallum2) reported

@Xplornet How about some communication regarding when you’re going to have your service back up? As are many in rural Canada, I’m relying on your internet service and I’d like to know when I can get access. The lack of information is unacceptable.

  • apocolypse669 Darth Pocolypse (@apocolypse669) reported

  • compureis Rod (@compureis) reported

@Xplornet internet out since 6:30 this morning, waiting for customer support to answer the phone for over 1 hour. Good job Xplornet

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

@Xplornet yet again your “service” crapped out in the middle of a school zoom class! Why are we paying $123 a month for this? Oh I know. You have a monopoly!!!

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

@Xplornet tried it already signal is slightly stronger but no where near the 25mg download speed threshold that we pay for. (yes I know that's a best case scenario number that is rarely reached) Our problem is the total signal drop that occurs almost daily. Why not admit you throttle?
