@Rogers I had this with Xplornet before and at peak times it was very poor. I'll pass, I'm looking for stable fiber op type connection. Please pass this along, I think Rogers wired high speed is nearby!

@ChrisLaBossiere @Xplornet Had to do the same. They just can’t compete with the speed and reliability of Starlink. Xplornet did have great customer service but that can’t compensate for a poor product they aren’t upgrading.

@Xplornet The problem has not been fixed. We have rebooted a number of times. System south of Picton in Prince Edward County is offline. I opened a ticket Wednesday. Absolutely NO call from Xplornet since. So, don’t tell me things have been restored.

@ChrisLaBossiere @Xplornet Ya but does anyone actually have Starlink out here? My buddy has been waiting over a year and apparently support isn’t ideal. I hope they pull it off but early days yet.

@Xplornet Thank you but no, just talked to another person this morning being offered to go LTE - their CCI tower just went "down" and will no longer be serviced. The funny thing was until Xplornet took over they had no difficulties with CCI service either as it was dependable and enough.

@gbeldam @Xplornet We are on @Xplornet at our cottage and honestly the second I get my Starlink dish and service set up I’m cancelling the crap xplornet service and never looking back.
