They want you to return the modem and radio, pay $125 uninstall fee if you don’t wanna do it yourself. Oh and they’re gonna keep charging you until they receive the hardware.

And by cancel, I mean call in to sales saying I want to sign up, then say "just kidding, my account number is xxxx, please cancel."
