@Xplornet Monthly!? I dont understand what the problem is with that? I need internet for other things I'm not the only one using 500+gb and it's a family of six. It's also Unlimited for a reason so why bother talking about the amount of data we've used. The guy also end called 1 mins later

  • daverooneyca Dave Rooney (@daverooneyca) reported

@ALL_CAPS When I lived in rural Stittsville, we were able to get from Community Fibre. One GB to the house for a better price than XplorNet was offering got 25 Mbps. THOSE are the companies that need support, not effing Bell et al.

  • Snowymb1 🇨🇦 (@Snowymb1) reported

@SilbermanCBC actually you're pièce in @Xplornet should be with customers from across Canada because I can tell you being a customer in Manitoba, you shouldn't have to keep filing comaints with the CCTS about how beyond horrible this company is.

  • stockyrds Stockyrds (@stockyrds) reported

@Xplornet When are cci customers going to get upgraded equipment? Speed has gone to crap

@zaxx386 @harrbca @Xplornet I will never stop finding ways to burn them since they never stop burning their customers month after month.

  • peterbarker11 peter barker (@peterbarker11) reported

@Bell You know the service is poor when I'm longing to have Xplornet back.

  • garethseltzer garethseltzer 🐿 (@garethseltzer) reported from Muskoka Lakes, Ontario

@Xplornet Regrettably @xplornet should be called Xpoornet. Vastly oversubscribed, terrible download rates, hugely uncompetitive.

  • Trucker_Ty_ Ty (@Trucker_Ty_) reported

Hey @Xplornet, I thought we had a deal that I paid you $85 a month and you provide me with a certain speed of internet. But when your equipment (which I pay a rental fee on) gets blown out of alignment or fails, you say it will cost me $135 to fix.

  • WallzyOfficial Dylan (@WallzyOfficial) reported

...faster on Xplornet's 15MBs when I had NO neighbour's. I used to be a BellTech and I've never ever been so disheartened by a customer service reps inability to stay focused on helping solve my problem... and this was over chat so she had no pressure. I waited for 30 minutes!!!
