    @Xplornet I contacted your customer support yesterday. I waited 1 hr 25 min on hold to get through. They couldn't help me and said they would pass my issue on to a specialized service team who is not available 24/7. I have yet to hear back. This issue has gone on for three days now.

    @SteveArdiel If I had unlimited on my phone it would be better tethering to my phone than garbage xplornet.

    @Xplornet Thanks for the update. Your customer service folks tell us: It might be an issue with the tower and they were working on it Tuesday (2 days ago) Or that our radio/equipment is now too old to connect to the tower now. Or that we should power on/off our modem+radio one more time.

    Hey @Xplornet I got to deal with your rude predatory CSR when cancelling was my service with you, now you send me an invoice for a late payment, on a closed account? I thought your CSR was predatory, guess it's your standard practices.

    @RagenKajen @NETAGOwireless CCI was terrible, then @Xplornet bought them and it got even worse. There’s a reason everyone went from Xplornet to CCI in the first place. We have to have wifi off on our phones in order to stream tv in the evenings. Even then sometimes we just give up on it.

    @Xplornet Your customer phone line is busy. (And full of noise) Do you use Xplornet to carry your customer service? That would explain it.
