Now my new equipment doesn’t work & my account was cancelled. Tech sup is as confused as I am. It’s Friday, I have no internet probably all weekend. Great!

Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?

They have promos now that are palatable and give me something until Fibre arrives next year. It’s sad in this day and age to have these issues

Gerard Cooke (@GerardCooke8) reported@xplore_ca I have called tech support 50 times and they can’t fix the issue. It’s too many customers on the Pugwash Nova Scotia tower. You can’t fix my problem till you fix the tower. Most of the people in my area are switching over to star link. I will too this spring.
