    What a way to spend the evening... fighting with Xplornet! First phone call they wouldn’t let me cancel my 90 yr old Grandmothers account, even though my name is on it as well. So I had to wear medical grade mask so I could enter her home during code red. 1/

    @Xplornet Man, I wish I were "Jim". Crap service at best since taking over Silo. Constant outages, and all I get is the robotic answer of "our technicians are currently working to solve the problem"

Or do you want the screen shots from our last discussion where all you did was give me the tech support number because of exactly that reason. “You can’t be 100% sure who you’re talking to.”
