@Xplornet, you post about your service upgrades but the majority of people I've spoken to had experiences that mirror my own: slow and unreliable service and long wait times for phone support only to be told "restart it" and when then doesn't work, schedule a tech for days later.

  • BlueSerenity15 Kaz 🇨🇦 (@BlueSerenity15) reported

@Xplornet @HoodedGamer8 I spent 45 minutes on the phone with service because my internet wasn’t working. Twice they told me it was me. When I insisted that there isn’t a problem from my side they took another 25 minutes putting me on hold just to come back and say the problem was on their end. 1/2

@Xplornet Are you having trouble in Flamborough this morning. My internet service is more horrible than usual.

  • Kirsty_VanB Kirsty Van Bastelaar (@Kirsty_VanB) reported

@enews @Xplornet why is service STILL out in rural Chatham-Kent!!!

  • gmattthews77 Grant Matthews (@gmattthews77) reported

@Xplornet - upgraded my service in the hopes that it would lead to a better connection. Guessed wrong. Service is no better. #notmad, #disappointed

  • Chelsie_D Chelsie D. (@Chelsie_D) reported

I have been working from home (rural area) since April 1, 2020 and today is the first day my internet has been down for an extended period of time. Honestly I’m kind of impressed Xplornet has been that good to me.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@TimoVainionpaa Either way, 90 days from now will be: -An R&V from Bragg -An R&V from Xplornet -An R&V from Videotron -An R&V from Sasktel -An R&V from Bell -An R&V from Telus -An R&V from Rogers & at least 2 court filings. Never negate regulatory red tape. See u in 2023.

@Marcus24576385 @elonmusk @vincent13031925 Lots of cell phone providers give you a free or discounted cell phone. They make their money on the service. Same with ISP's. I paid nothing for my original satellite dish from Xplornet.

  • BaldurBarons Nyles Desrochers (@BaldurBarons) reported

@Chelsie_D Really? Impressive. Cause xplornet is just garbage here. They might put fibre through our rm. or else I’m on the waiting list for starlink. Can’t wait

  • cbraedley Charles Braedley (@cbraedley) reported

@Xplornet "Stay tuned..." for how long? You announced fiber, among other services, for Nova Scotia 14 months ago...and then nothing...no new information about actual high speed options. Sure, 25Mbps-LTE was a start, but it's not a long term solution for anyone but the most basic of users.
