@Xplornet I don’t just rant on the internet for no reason. You’ve been “looking into” this for the past month. Someone on your end dropped the ball here and you are trying to blame us financially for your problem.

  • BrockLupton Brock (@BrockLupton) reported

@Xplornet What is going on with this outage in Napanee, Ontario? I've had no service since at least 0900. Was this scheduled? Why wasn't there any notification and why don't you provide updates on outages?

  • MissElle1212 Miss_Elle (@MissElle1212) reported

@Xplornet 24 hours later and let me guess…still diligently trying to restore service in Greater Napanee? That cut and paste response needs to be updated. Terrible.

  • NancyBuchanan12 Nancy Buchanan (@NancyBuchanan12) reported

Attention xplornet customers!! Not only is the company super awful with poor coverage and even worse customer service, they’re also common thieves who steal by charging credit cards even after their services are terminated. Do not trust them. @Xplornet

  • chalackd Dano (@chalackd) reported

@Gudie Please god, tell me that this doesn't involve giving any money to Xplornet... Because that would be an absolute kick in the ***** to anyone who's struggling to get decent service...

  • RichardRanger8 Richard Ranger (@RichardRanger8) reported

@APLenehan Mr. Lenehan, i have your internet service @Xplornet , and i am nothing but displeased and very irritated with the service and the customer service of this company. I have had issue after issue after issue and no one can give me an answer.

@Xplornet Thanks for the reply, no longer a customer

  • PixelShakeTV PixelShakeTV (@PixelShakeTV) reported

@DANNYjustDANNY_ @BigfryTV @Xplornet I hate to be that guy, but in the defence of ISPs, the VAST VAST majority of calls/complaints they get is usually down to user error. BUT, if they still drag their feet after u prove that's not the case, **** em!

@jzantinge2 I have Xplornet….it’s not half bad half the time.

  • nature_backpack Nature’s Backpack (@nature_backpack) reported

@Xplornet Rural service is lacking big time. We get poor service with a big price tag. Rural connection should be lower.
