@Maqaiti @northwestel We were reaching monthly limits with our Xplornet package within couple weeks during the last lockdown, causing our data to slow right down. Must be much more frustrating in places like Iqaluit

@Xplornet I contacted your customer support yesterday. I waited 1 hr 25 min on hold to get through. They couldn't help me and said they would pass my issue on to a specialized service team who is not available 24/7. I have yet to hear back. This issue has gone on for three days now.

@ONTSpecialNeeds Bell was cheaper. Maybe $80 per month. But it was slow. So bad that we ended up getting Xplornet as well (so 2 internet providers) and tethering off of phone data as well. Starlink is much better.
