@Xplornet You guys should consider rebranding your company name to “We can not explore the internet because it never works”…. Brutal

  • ErinSchettler Erin Schettler (@ErinSchettler) reported

@Xplornet shouldn’t your horrific service be getting better since everyone is bailing for @SpaceXStarlink? I can’t even believe I pay you for whatever this is that your providing because it sure as heck isn’t internet service. Can’t wait until I get that email to switch providers

  • seeteegee Chris McGee (@seeteegee) reported

@pugganoche @kathleenogrady Omg, Xplornet satellite service is just bad. It might be a long shot, but perhaps starlink could be an option. I know people who have had success with it in this part of the world.

  • ggrayfarm Glen Gray (@ggrayfarm) reported

@SilverStarAg We have good internet as we have an xplornet tower in Aylsham but no cell service. Great for fire calls. I can see 3 cell tower lights but can’t call out

  • seeteegee Chris McGee (@seeteegee) reported

@pugganoche @kathleenogrady Another option I didn't know existed is Bell Wireless Home, which we're on right now. It works well for us right now. It's Bell, but at least it's not Xplornet. Sorry for all the suggestions. Just trying to help people get off terrible internet.

@davinalytle @Xplornet I bet they blame it on covid. A lot of businesses are using it as an excuse to provide crappy customer service and crappy shipping. Get it together @Xplornet

  • botterillsales Todd Botterill (@botterillsales) reported

@SilverStarAg @StarlinkPage We should start a support group lol, waiting after sending a deposit, can't wait to boot xplornet

  • GarthTwitchell Garth Twitchell (@GarthTwitchell) reported

Would sure be nice not to have reset my antenna 5-6 times a day to try & get on the correct panel at the @Xplornet tower close to me so I can have moderately acceptable internet. It’s getting a bit tiring. When they talk about poor internet, this is it. @Colin1Best @vankayak

@DohfuVFX @Xplornet We just switched to a new provider. Much faster, $30 less per month, and works 24/7 whereas xplornet wouldn’t work every few hours snd when it worked it was usually much slower than we paid for. We couldnt watch netflix or work from cottage with xplornet, so slow/unreliable.

@Xplornet you Almost make it sound so good But you should tell people that UP To really means 50 Mbps or less and 10 Mbps or less upload, meaning when your fine service is sitting at 15Baud down and so low that Speedtest cannot get a reading for up load, it is still UP TO
