@Xplornet I am sorry to say your lack of service and capacity and throttling make it impossible to work from home with any credibility #weneedbetterruralbroadband

I have been working from home (rural area) since April 1, 2020 and today is the first day my internet has been down for an extended period of time. Honestly I’m kind of impressed Xplornet has been that good to me.

@Chelsie_D Are you a new customer in your first 3 months? I have had nothing but crap from Xplornet after my initial trial period expired, and unfortunately have to wait for Starlink for an alternative.

I have officially unfollowed the dumpster fire that is @Xplornet. I hope someone else picks up the torch and carries it with the vigor I did, as the world still needs to know how brutally terrible a company they are.

@DangerUnfun @Xplornet How else would I keep up on their complete lack of investment in their infrastructure and all the cool photos they post from their techs doing site visits to try and fix the unfixable?

I'd like to reiterate, Xplornet is absolute garbage. Less than a megabyte, the last few days.

Thank you @Xplornet for your automated call telling me that my internet may be affected by 'maintenance' tomorrow. I have received 10 similar calls over the last 4 week. Your customer service reps have no explaination. Intermittant internet service is NOT acceptable. 😠😠😠
