@SudioC @Xplornet In my experience, this is typical Xplornet service. If you have any other option, I would suggest thinking long and hard about signing any contract with this company. They promise everything and deliver little.

@AdamJPfeffer Yesterday I got the email that our Starlink system has shipped. 2 weeks from order to shipped. Cant wait to get it up and running and cancel 2 yourlink/xplornet services!!

They shall soon feel the joy of Xplornet's Customer disservice, and the amazing doubling of bandwidth use without cause, and the "high speed" of "Up TO" speed Personally I would suggest they contact @SpaceXStarlink

@TerryHyra @DTimchishen @Xplornet It is a glorious day, wait till they have you on the phone, and continuously offer you low rates to try and keep you as a customer. They will try to tell you that Starlink customer support is terrible. Took almost 3/4 of an hour for me to cancel

@AdamJPfeffer Ive been unable to cancel @Xplornet after getting starlink. I blocked them on my credit card. Their hardware is in my yard ready for pickup. I feel bad for their employees, but they cant go broke soon enough. What an absolute **** company.

@AnnieClaireBO Rural living person. Internet is $140 a month for unreliable sometimes the speed of dial up xplornet or almost $170 per month with starlink. (Also not 100% reliable) in town Bell offers internet for $85 per month that is down more often than it works or so incredibly slow.

@Xplornet @FieldAgronomy21 I can't wait to get rid off Xplornet. Over sell the towers , and promote 25 down. here is about 5 on avg. I gave up calling you about it, cause nothing got better.

@SudioC @Xplornet ...to a more expensive package to have any internet at all. Miraculously, as soon as that happened, the original tower was fixed. This was two days after I switched, and no option to switch back to the original service, and no guarantee the new one would be better. I feel ...
