    No one answering @xplore_ca "24-7" customer support line. 3 or 4 tries in the last week... on hold indefinitely. The same song plays over and over and over. Email support? Auto-reply that a "case has been opened" with no details or information about actually getting service.

    @xplore_ca Everyone could have got Starlink and no one needed to get free money for that. Stupid corrupt government and the company is no better.

    @TimHoustonNS Insane that an island is getting high speed Internet before us, off a secondary highway, in Colchester. They completely botched it here and thought xplornet was worth a damn.

    @xplore_ca Did the forest suddenly spring up last month? No. It's been there quite a while, and the high speed internet has worked without a problem through at least 3 Summer's worth of leaves. I have enough signal now to reply, but it takes a full minute to send. Videos won't load.

    @xplore_ca hope you guys go up in flames. absolute dog **** internet. preying on rural communities and charging an absurd price for no more than 1.5mbps

    @mcleodtaylor1 @Eastlink That's cheap...I pay $124 for @Bell_Aliant and you can't even watch a movie without continual buffing. Garbage service. Looking at Xplornet which is similar pricing but hopefully better service.

    Fibre optic internet will be available to me very soon. The lines are in. The problem? Bell. I don't want to deal with Bell. Xplornet - now called @xplore - has been our only reliable option for rural high speed for almost 10 years. Until now...
