@builtbyageek @Xplornet It’s more that said they were gonna put a tower in late April early May now it’s June so I roasted ******** out of them and they didn’t respond

  • NinesCatudio Nine's Catudio (@NinesCatudio) reported

@ekimental One of the reasons why I canceled local provider a long time ago. Got tired of promises made by Xplornet to improve the rural service. Thankful for my business cell plan, which allows me to hotspot off my phone to cover my daily Internet needs for work and leisure.

  • builtbyageek Yan (@builtbyageek) reported

@ChristopherDunn @Xplornet Lol no kidding. It wasn’t always that bad but I would max out at 4-5Mbps.

  • baagheecha G. Louise (@baagheecha) reported

@Xplornet Been with xplornet for 8 years now. Recently the speed’s been terrible and we switch to phone data if we want reliable internet. The only thing keeping us with you is that there are few choices for us rurally. We pay ~ $100/mo. for this non service. Yes, we have called support.

  • ZettlAudrey Audrey Zettl (@ZettlAudrey) reported

@Xplornet and it is pretty poor service.Very slow in Sk supposed to be the best!

  • mikejsemeniuk Mike Semeniuk (@mikejsemeniuk) reported

@Xplornet i have called, your solution is to unplug everything. its changes nothing, your ripping people off. you cant provide the speeds you advertise, this is wrong! patiently waiting for a real solution.

  • RinglerunSk Kirk Pederson (@RinglerunSk) reported

@Xplornet Why? I have talked to your support department (they are good by the way) and it is your tower that are down and costing me thousands. I see no reason it hear the same “we are sorry and are working on it” for the 14th time in past 30 days

  • RinglerunSk Kirk Pederson (@RinglerunSk) reported

@Xplornet Good morning @xplornet day 5 now. And we are still under investigation. Any updates on the Macrorie outage?

  • DumbDanThoughts Dan O'Neill (@DumbDanThoughts) reported

If you live out in the country and are looking for wifi, @Xplornet is possibly the first option to go with. If someone stabbed me every time I was satisfied with their service, I'd almost have half a stab wound

  • GMeaden26 Grayson Meaden (@GMeaden26) reported

@jorkirk We've been waiting 3 weeks for @xplornet to fix ours. If only @SaskTel fusion wasn't garbage as well.
