Shout out to my internet company for having nothing but trash *** internet, throttling my already terrible speeds and making my ping jump to 600+ whenever i go to download/upload anything @Xplornet

@MrStache9 I hope they are not giving more money to @xplornet!? Worst ISP on the planet!

Another useful tidbit: @Xplornet has confirmed my signal quality is high enough to get the package speed of 25/2. (Or is it 1.5? or 2.5?) The fact I've never reliably had that speed means that since signing up for service they've been "managing" the traffic to account for load..

@Nick62289935 @Xplornet I got my call back on Friday. They sorted out my inability to log into myxplornet portal and I will see this week about the speeds issues.

Having extra slow and sporadic internet and cell receptiom for a year now really shows me how much we rely on access to communication. Also **** xplornet and virgin for being bad providers... Grrr

@Xplornet Poor bastards. I could yell through a can and string to send a message faster than with Xplornet.

@Xplornet @AnteupO ha...that's funny. Customer-"No, I don't want to call in and wait on hold" @Xplornet- "How about you call in and wait on hold?" That's great customer service. You guys will be gone soon unless you do something meaningful and different. #YourDaysAreNumbered

No internet at all since 1:30pm today. Coming up on nine hours. The other day it was over 12 hours. I know I talk a lot of trash about @Xplornet, but this is unacceptable. I wonder what it's like for @APLenehan, knowing how many rural Canadians he's letting down on the daily.

@Mark_Goldberg @multiplesourc13 @Xplornet I have been wondering lately if the wireless providers are wanting to get out of the rural internet service provider business because of our low density and higher cost to service. I live 30km from a major city center, and our wireless options are limited, and of poor quality.

@Xplornet @APLenehan I refuse to accept your excuses for your miserably performing network in my area. Don't sell "up to" 25 when you can't reliably even supply 5mbps and then hide behind a policy that was part of the agreement.
