I explained my situation to them now and that I am waiting on a tax return and I had to get a couple of months behind on the Xplornet payments. They sent me a message they're cutting me off. Hello Starlink! Bye!

It sucks because we use the wifi for Buisness purposes and staff are not able to do their work. But we still have to pay them. I will forward our details later.

Paul Rhodes (@Badenoch1) reportedIf you are an @xplornet customer it helps to have a back up system. One storm and they are out for a day (and counting.) No response from their (smirk) customer service on when service will be restored.
