Luke Silv (@SilvLuke) reported@Xplornet Have been told by agents for years “ better service is coming to your area just be patient” . Still stuck with the same horrible satellite service in the L0K2B0 area. Been a nightmare during this pandemic. Wish there were better options for us.

That makes no sense. Paying $100 a month for this? Why not supply costumers with proper working equipment, and when there's an issue send someone to fix it
