@Xplornet U r charging me 140/m & hav now throttled me down, 1 can hardly wait for @SpaceXStarlink for my area. Hurry up @elonmusk connect northern AB, this is BS.

  • BrentHCameron Brent H. Cameron 🇨🇦🇦🇺🇳🇿🇬🇧🇸🇬🇺🇦 (@BrentHCameron) reported

@Xplornet - I appreciate all the warm and fuzzy tweets about photo contests & film festivals, but probably 1000s of your clients aren't even getting the usual 0.05 MB you deliver. Maybe acknowledge there's an issue on your account to give us the impression that you care?

  • USmarketsucks Millennial, But Boomer (@USmarketsucks) reported

@Xplornet @WhistleOut_CA Seriously, xplornet is awful. And their sales staff are full of sht. They will 100% lie to you.

  • justushickey Justus Hickey 🇨🇦 (@justushickey) reported from Brockton, Ontario

Still unable to cancel @Xplornet 's "service". Couple months now. They will email me telling me to call them, and spam my voicemail with digital messages telling me to call. When you call these pricks, you are put on hold until you give up. Zero customer service whatsoever.

  • billwalkerPR Bill Walker (@billwalkerPR) reported

‘“What I’m seeing here is that the bureau wants someone who’s got enough cash and knows how to run a cell service and, for whatever reason, they don’t think Xplornet is that person.”’ I couldn’t agree more.

  • lidtkie J. Lidtkie (@lidtkie) reported

@Xplornet Been a customer for years, yes there are bumps sometimes as with any company. Far better than the 2 other services that cover this area. More towers would be a good improvement.

  • JohnnyKasudluak Johnny ❄ ᔮᓂ ᖃᓴᓪᓗᐊᖅ (@JohnnyKasudluak) reported

I'm so fed up of Xplornet. Little cloud cover, and service becomes intermittent.

  • AK_BridgeLake Ann in Bridge Lake (@AK_BridgeLake) reported

@FrozenF8 Those speeds remind me of when the only internet choice available to me was Xplornet. Hope things don't take too long to recover for you after that horrible storm.

  • MarivicCochrane Marivic Cochrane (@MarivicCochrane) reported

@Xplornet @XploreMobile Avoid @Xplornet . It's horrible. And a rip off. Stupid expensive for a metered data plan. Get Starlink. 10times faster ,unlimited and doesn't lose connection constantly.

  • patgjanes Patrick Janes (@patgjanes) reported

@kristinaennis If not in range of mobile phone service, satellite is your only option. Xplornet & Starlink are expensive - both equipment & subscription fees. Both require technical skills to set up, and you'll also need a stable power source. Neither is cost-effective to set up for a few days.
