@ruth_nabb @Xplornet #Starlink better customer service, better equipment, no contract and lightning fast internet! #neveragainxplornet

@BrockLupton @Xplornet Since they won't get back to you I will. Throughout the day their support number had a message saying they had issues with their Deseronto site, affecting Napanee. The message is gone now so hopefully that means things are fixed. Fingers crossed.

@Xplornet how am I supposed to work from home when it’s going to take 17 days to have a technician come to my home to fix my internet?? Couldn’t be more disappointed with your service!

It’s hard to believe when your @Xplornet internet goes down it’ll take 17 days to get a technician out but you can get a new install from the competition in 4 days. #servicefail

@VeryScott @Videotron @Xplornet Ha don’t get me started about how absolutely horrible Xplornet is. I was really hoping that T-Mobile had come to this market, but IIRC the CRTC denied that, likely due to being paid off by the big greedy 3

@Xplornet Rural service is lacking big time. We get poor service with a big price tag. Rural connection should be lower.

wants to help us out by donating a unit, it will likely be through Xplornet as we just can't afford anything else. Once that happens, I hope to add some live feed nature cams around the property.

@DANNYjustDANNY_ @BigfryTV @Xplornet I hate to be that guy, but in the defence of ISPs, the VAST VAST majority of calls/complaints they get is usually down to user error. BUT, if they still drag their feet after u prove that's not the case, **** em!

Attention xplornet customers!! Not only is the company super awful with poor coverage and even worse customer service, they’re also common thieves who steal by charging credit cards even after their services are terminated. Do not trust them. @Xplornet
