    I'm currently using my kid's phone as a hotspot just so I can try an get this dealt with. Beyond frustrating. It doesn't *actually* count as 24-7 support if NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. @xplore_ca - what happened!?

    Tonight reminds me of how poor our internet is in northern @TownOfMiltonON with no prospect of it getting better anytime soon. Extremely frustrating. @Colin1Best @vankayak Wireless internet from Xplornet is hopeless. Someone brings me good internet, I’ll buy it.

    @kevinki16180099 My internet is $50.00/month, I would think yours should be similar. Anything to do with xplornet is not good, horrible company & service.

    lol Xplornet thinks I’m gonna wait six days for them to come fix my internet. If it’s not done by Monday they’ll never see another dime. @Bell would you like a new customer? Who wouldn’t?

    No one answering @xplore_ca "24-7" customer support line. 3 or 4 tries in the last week... on hold indefinitely. The same song plays over and over and over. Email support? Auto-reply that a "case has been opened" with no details or information about actually getting service.

    Anyone else’s Starlink really slow today? It’s as bad as xplornet was.

    @xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 Its a trap no one can help you they just look at your device and say its congestion or there is nothing they can do. Every thing is fine here. Worst service in Canada It should be ILLEGAL you claim you can watch high quality streaming.

    @LeoNasau @thinking_panda Yep. 36,000km is the same as the Telesat satellites that were support Xplornet sat internet. My average latency was 670ms with that gear. Useless tech. Starlink: 550km from earth Telesat: 36,000km from earth.
