  • lewisbron Lewis Bron (@lewisbron) reported

@Xplornet I thought your whole thing is to connect people and ****. I can barely look at my ******* emails.

  • 677HayBay Jody Gavel (@677HayBay) reported

@DawsonLamoureux @CheSarahSera I was thinking the same. Xplornet hasn’t been great lately but I’m also not a big Bell fan. Tough choice for sure. However, since there isn’t any customer loyalty benefits with any corp anymore, it wouldn’t hurt to switch to Bell because you can always go back.

@Xplornet I reached out to your tech team they couldn’t change anything same signal strength and terrible streaming buffing a lot . What I like to here from you is you agree to cut my bill in half every mth so if you don’t I am filing a report with Crtc so you can’t hound me fir the $

  • wesley_davidson Wesley🇨🇦 (@wesley_davidson) reported from South Frontenac, Ontario

@Xplornet Sure if @SpaceXStarlink becomes available before then, which it will, I'll be switching. Your satellite internet service is poor and very expensive. I did notice you've offered the ability to purchase more data at an exorbitant rate. Thanks

  • apocolypse669 Darth Pocolypse (@apocolypse669) reported

@Xplornet why does this service go down so much? i pay premim price to get **** internet.

  • kenjohn91388485 ksjdlv (@kenjohn91388485) reported

@Xplornet I have Xplornet Satellite last 5 months thinking that it has to be better then cell towers . Well it isn’t any better just way more expensive so Xplornet I will not pay my full bill of $140 / mth from now on you get $ 70 that is what this service is worth streaming sucks

  • ScottWJones93 Scott Jones (@ScottWJones93) reported

@Xplornet what happened to LTE service (McKee Mills, NB (Bouctouche tower). Last yr at our cottage we had no issues with multiple devices & speeds of 40 mbps. This season, same number of devices the speeds are often 5-7 mbps? Worked with customer service to reboot & still slow.

  • CheSarahSera Sarah (@CheSarahSera) reported

After several hours of bad internet I spent 30 min on hold with Xplornet support only to be told a new “congestion problem” at our local tower was identified today. Estimated time for repair? Could be up to one month he says 🤯🤯🤯

  • AngusGillingham Angus Gillingham (@AngusGillingham) reported

@Xplornet I’ve been with Xplornet for over 20 years. What I’ve found is that the service is only as good as the service tech/installer and if you have a lazy or simply working on a call by call paid basis it can get sloppy. My latest experience wasn’t good as well here in NS.
