    More horrible service by @Xplornet. Each time I call I get a different answer. Internet download speeds of less than 1Mbps (we pay for 30). Open work order assigned to the tech who was problematic last time (and still hasn't called). This is NOT customer service.

    So @xplornet called me with a "solution," are you ready to hear it? They can't give me access to the internet 24/7, or an upload speed of more than .879 MB per second (when it does work), but they're giving me a small credit on my bill for the next three months. 🤨

    @Xplornet didn’t replace their faulty equipment like I asked them to do months ago, said I just needed a realignment. Now it’s completely broken and I’m still expected to pay full price for a service I won’t be getting at all until at least Tuesday. #xplornetsucks

    @Xplornet Guys, I appreciate your advertising enthusiasm, however, your services do not live up to your promises. I am in rural Quebec and had to give up your service for a competitor because your speed is so slow and your service calls take days and days.

    @Xplornet Another night with dropped service. Still not service all for an on-site tech visit. Spent 40 min on the phone (likely not as pleasant as I would have liked to have been). Going to bed, and hope the service is better in the morning.

    @agrifleming @Xplornet We were ok till about 2 weeks ago. Upload speed doubled, but download speed totally dropped. I've talked to three tech supports and told three different answers. Latency apparently is a problem and someone was suppose to call last week to come out...still waiting...

    @Xplornet It would be SO nice if you invested more in customer service so there wasn't such an enormous wait every time that it's needed to call in for some help. The last 2 recent times I had to call in because our tower quit working it was between 40 minutes and over an hour waiting :/

    If you are looking for internet stay away from @Xplornet we installed it last year at the cottage and had issues all last year. Guess what same issue again this year and they tell me I need to pay for extra coverage. Seasonal account hooked up two months ago and never worked

    @livingwithabuse @Xplornet Honestly, Nicola, I'm so angry. We called them multiple times before we moved & even though we were told they shouldn't have, they promised us we'd have internet. Now what? I can't even do a therapy appt. & had to cancel todays. 😭😭😭
