. @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

Hey @Xplornet, get your **** together. You ******* have rescheduled 4 times now to "re-aim" my satellite, never show up. Now internet completely out for all your customers on a Saturday night and haven't said a word. Go **** yourselves.

@Xplornet internet has been down in Wellington area since 4:00pm. See online more people in the same boat. No information on social media platforms /website in regards to the outage. Tried calling but call volume is so high automated system hangs up on me. @Xplornet any updates?
