    . @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

    @Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

    @Nagem_Senoj Xplornet sucks. For the past year it would not work for hours at a time every day and when it did work it was so slow even when we had several technicians fix things and we paid fir faster speed. Just switched ISP. So fast, reliable & cheaper. & now we can watch netflix.

    @Xplornet now I can't get the internet I was promised—from the tower down the road form my house, as a permanent resident to the area.

    @Xplornet Can you guys build another tower in Picton,ON. I can barely get a signal from the one that is already here because my home is higher in altitude

    @Xplornet The tower is likely filled with cottagers & campers & I was told the panel I was supposed to be on was literally closed the next day (Saturday) after the installer never showed. Horrible. Internet is vital, it is an essential service that I was promised by them.

    @tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works

    Extremely poor customer service and poor organisation/coordination from @Xplornet. Had internet lined-up in advance for install, took the day off & no one showed. Called to inquire why, received excuses—no one called to tell me this, I waited all day.

    In fairness, both Xplornet and Bell, both of whom are in dire financial difficulty also getting financial bailout to help them continue what a healthy company does on its own: expand customer base.
