    @Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

    . @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

    @divinebovine1 Xplornet. Been there and done that. Worst experience ever. Had to get a lawyer cause they kept charging my credit card. They didnt make it easy

    Phone is Rogers and internet is xplornet. That’s why I still read the papers. Unreliable, but they’re all bad.
