    @Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

    . @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

    @Xplornet @sheepfarmbecca 6.70 Mbps download 1.78 Mbps upload Latency: 27 ms Server: Toronto Your Internet connection is slow. This is about as good as it gets here. Evenings and weekends are terrible.

    @Xplornet Myth # 6 is especially laughable. I weep for anyone who falls for your BS. And where's your mention of the traffic shaping policy you employ when someone on your network has been deemed to be using "too much internet" by whatever secret internal measure you use?

    @NorthBelle4 I don’t like him and I’m conflicted because we have **** internet but apparently his Skynet is worth the exorbitant upfront fees vs. overpriced peasant offerings (*ahem* @Xplornet) So here we are, schmucks on the ******* waiting list...🙄

    Last spring @Bell removed data limits for home wifi so our students could access all they needed without worrying about data limits. Are you doing that again? @Rogers and @Xplornet I have students that can’t access school work and class meetings online due to limits. Please help.

    @Xplornet I would, but I would have to call every day, maybe even two or three times a day because the service is always this bad and your phone service is not much better.
