@Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

. @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

@Xplornet We attempted to contact you via email yesterday and were sent a troubleshooting guide. It did not help. After some googling, we figured it out on our own (it was the router). I am still unhappy with this service (not directed at the innocent social media person ofc).

@Xplornet I always do and they can’t do much. Always a short temporary solution. Your internet is terribly unreliable speed wise esp. during high tourism times in high tourism rural communities. Overloaded.
