@Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

. @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

I had an @Xplornet representative today tell me that due to "traffic management" they were not going to provide the service that they've been charging me for the last three years. Basically, they take your money but don't supply the agreed upon service. Buyer beware!
