. @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

@Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

@Nick62289935 @Xplornet @moseleywilliams I agree Nick, as an Xplornet customer we've had little to no internet for weeks now and the technicians they send out have no explanation. We suspect they've made changes to our service or the traffic management policy is restricting our bandwidth instead of what were paying for

My internet isn't working because I'm using it too much. According to Xplornet. That's a laugh, considering we can't use it at all. Google wifi says I'm using 0.2mbps down and 0.3mbps up (when it's actually working). Hardly saturating the connection right?

@Xplornet It would help to have a fair price for your internet service. People would be able to afford more of their necessities. Instead, they are robbed by an indifferent xplornet who only cares about a bottom line. It's the reason you try to leech off feelgood stories. #cancelxplornet
