  @Xplornet @XplornetSupport I’m so frustrated with the slow and lagging satellite Internet service! We have teenagers trying to do home work and can’t even watch a short video. I pay $130 per and It’s been 5 years. It’s not the heavy usage either, been like this from the start.

  @KarenLudwigNB Thank you for this, but we need faster and unlimited internet plans for rural NB. @Xplornet does not meet our needs. We live 8 minutes from Belleisle High School and we have no options for basic internet. Please help.

  @Xplornet what’s with the **** services, I called yesterday for 1hour for them to tell me that there’s something wrong with the tower. he also stated “By tomorrow your wifi should be good” and here I am running almost 2 MBPS while paying 130$ for 50 MBPS. Do something about it.

  @Xplornet @sheepfarmbecca 6.70 Mbps download 1.78 Mbps upload Latency: 27 ms Server: Toronto Your Internet connection is slow. This is about as good as it gets here. Evenings and weekends are terrible.
