    @grubextrapolate @Xplornet It's probably for the better...if your old ISP was bought out by @Xplornet, you would be inundated with outage notifications...it would be easier to tell you when it's actually working properly...which is never.

    @Xplornet my least favorite part of your acquisition of Silo is the disappearance of their "current status" page which clearly showed when there was an outage, affected towers, and ETA if available. You guys have nothing

    @Xplornet outage in Brant/Newport ON (former Silo customer)? Have been down for an hour and a half and reboots not helping. Any idea when I'll be back online?

    @MeganCCarson We wanted Xplornet when we first moved in (their LTE service), but buddy came with his signal finder and couldn't find a line of sight. Said we lived in the Bermuda Triangle of internet hahaha! Starlink is supposed to be good for rural areas, so fingers-crossed!

    @Xplornet I can't remember the last time we got over 3mps. Would it be possible for someone to looking into this as it is clearly not working right. It's been months.

    @Xplornet Why would I bother, like I said nothing has changed in the 3 years of trying with all levels of support always recommending a work order that fixes nothing. Silvercreek ECI 03BC501 drops daily, This is a provider issue yet I eat the cost? Thankfully we have other options coming

    @Xplornet My family called tech support complaining that we pay for 25mbps download speed and we are getting 1mbps download speed. They said they would send someone out to come check out the problem and no one has come to our house yet because they keep making excuses.
