    Installing a game on Xbox. Started yesterday at 3pm. It's downloaded 28.77GB since. Let's do the math on how slow my 25mbps @Xplornet connection actually is, shall we? 28.77GB=235765 megabits 29 hours=104400 seconds Divide the two and we get 2.3mbps. "Up to" in action.

    @CHCHNews can the government get on rural internet service providers example @xplornet and get them to un-throttle their customers, kids miss their lessons because the internet is so slow. I know I'm not the only parent struggling with this problem.

    @Xplornet People that run this company or a straight up scum bags I got an email yesterday from them saying that they will increase their service rate in March!! how generous and kind of them. they want more money in the middle of a pandemic!!!😡😡

    @Xplornet Then putting in a service request online it took 2 days for Xplornet to respond. Once they did they advised they would send back the same useless company to investigate and you will hear in 24-48hrs.

    @Xplornet Even their signage refers to the mythical "up to" 50 Mbps. I have NEVER, and I mean now once had a speed test over 5 Mbps, and I pay for 25 MBps. Maybe I should only pay "up to" the amount you charge. I know you will respond with your usual "contact us" crap but wont change.

Your specific circumstances might result in the speeds achieved. Other situations might offer better or worse speeds. That's the nature of wireless service.
