    @B2Bspecialist @Xplornet Happened to us a few years ago, no internet for three weeks, repeated service calls. Turned out Xplornet had taken their equipment off the tower we and dozens of others were pointing at without telling any customers or local service techs it was gone.

    @Xplornet It's not a particular issue with my account. Is your service still down on Manitoulin Island? Will you ppist a notification here when it's up please instead of having to continuously call to check status or restarting router every so often? Would be of great help

    @mrandell15 @gmcdparsons @DonnieOK Just checked. Read a bit of it and the price is the same I think so it’s service now that I’d be interested in. Xplornet charges way to much for service calls

    @Xplornet has the WORST INTERNET holy crap, every night my speed goes to a crawl at 9pm till 2am THE ******* WORST

    @mogrant61 It was a far larger problem during her brief tenure as Premier. After that LTE smarthubs and more extensive Xplornet coverage were options; and Starlink is about to be widely available filling the rest of the gaps.

    @Xplornet your customer service is a joke… 2+ hours on hold and counting… 5 transfers and no one has actually been the correct department to help me!
