    Just found out that @Xplornet blocked my account on Twitter? That’s nice customer service.

  • 8220 Henry (@8220) reported

    @Xplornet You have very screwy procedure!! If a technician comes to see whether I can upgrade my service & it turns out I can't, then I have to pay $75 fee -even though your people said it should be available. This is pure bull manure! @cbcgopublic

  • BluebirdX11 Bluebird (SkiAspen.eth) (@BluebirdX11) reported

    @rkhazzam @Xplornet @SpaceX It’s magical. Setting aside technical performance (poor), xplornet has, in my estimation, the worst customer service offering I have ever experienced from any company in my life. Starlink - so far so good. Lightning fast at the outset. And works.

  • RobeyEdith Geanine Edith Robey (@RobeyEdith) reported

    @jstadtke1 @Xplornet Starting day 9 w-out service. Upgraded my data plan for $15 mo. x 12 = $180 as daily charges too high. Don’t know yet Mom’s costs. Drove fr friend’s w/ wifi ( 4 work) to receive 8:15 - 8:30 call re: 2nd repair time. Came @ 9. Should’ve been fixed the 1st time! Unacceptable!

  • jstadtke1 Jennifer Stadtke (@jstadtke1) reported

    @lmn071966 @Xplornet You are fortunate. #xplornet refused service. They admitted to our tower being oversold. Wouldn't that be bait and switch. Unfortunately our Township doesn't value services to their citizens

  • jstadtke1 Jennifer Stadtke (@jstadtke1) reported

    @Broadviewfarm @Xplornet Ditto #xplornet = no service. Dial up was better.

  • ingenity SonofSpooner (@ingenity) reported

    @Brad_BC_Canada I was wondering when that going to happen. Perhaps more IoT/IPv6 surveillance trinkets are coming on stream. Might explain the lack of explanation. Still beats the crap out of my Xplornet

    Cancelling rural internet with @Xplornet - as they fight the expansion of Starlink at 20X's the speeds, is a customer experience worth selling tickets to. The "Loyalty" department is kind of angry right now and I can't imagine the training needed for them to stay on script.

  • IAmMeJustDom Dom (@IAmMeJustDom) reported

    Hey xplornet. Some of us need internet to work, please fix your ****

  • nmcintyre1986 Kaanuk86 (@nmcintyre1986) reported

    @Rogers I had this with Xplornet before and at peak times it was very poor. I'll pass, I'm looking for stable fiber op type connection. Please pass this along, I think Rogers wired high speed is nearby!
