    @xplore_ca your brief 4 question survey doesn’t help. Your internet sucks! That isn’t an option. Tech support is no help and corp office is not calling about my case! Would I recommend you to a friend? That is a HARD NO!

    Looks like you can't just cancel your xplornet services on you own via their website, they make you call them. Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2

    @kevinki16180099 My internet is $50.00/month, I would think yours should be similar. Anything to do with xplornet is not good, horrible company & service.
