@downdetector xplornet very awful today. My College son can't do his schoolwork. He's paying for his courses and we're paying xplornet for service that is not good everyday. I could understand once in awhile but this is ridiculous--BTW, it's not our equipment.

  • ScottWJones93 Scott Jones (@ScottWJones93) reported

@Xplornet Back at the cottage to our 2mbps internet again tonight. It was literally never under 20 mbps all last year. What has changed with the Bouctouche NB service? May need to look another solution soon. This is not useful internet speed at all. Very annoyed again this weekend.

@Xplornet what a joke to finally speak with a manager and then only get fed lines from a script. Also a joke when the script get twisted and contradict itself. It’s not because we’re xplornet customers that were stupid. We don’t have a choice, there’s no other options :(

  • Brodie_Friesen Brodie Friesen (@Brodie_Friesen) reported

@Xplornet Based on the replies to this tweet “technical issues” are happening with many customers. It isn’t even available in Hinton, but Starlink is so maybe that will suffice!
