    I'm currently using my kid's phone as a hotspot just so I can try an get this dealt with. Beyond frustrating. It doesn't *actually* count as 24-7 support if NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. @xplore_ca - what happened!?

    @xplore_ca wow, you charge $75 for someone to come to my house to test and see if I can get service. and if I can't, then I have to pay the $75, but if there's service available at my house I don't have to pay the $75 for the test. what in the hell is that? Gross.

    @xplore_ca what in gods name do I have to do to get you guys to stop calling me? I don't want your service and with customer support harassing me I never will. make it stop!

    @ClimateSadie Lots of issues with XplorNet from users. We have had it before and the cost versus speed and limitations on data usage were real tough. Most people that I know who had XplorNet in communities didn't keep it.

    @xplore_ca The last few days our speeds have been between .5 and 1 not much works at that speed and in April they are increasing rates because we get such amazing service NOT

    Dear @xplornet. Thanks so much for the worst service. 2wks for a service call is unacceptable. How can any business survive without internet for 2wks. Starlink is on it's way.

    @TimHoustonNS Insane that an island is getting high speed Internet before us, off a secondary highway, in Colchester. They completely botched it here and thought xplornet was worth a damn.
