@Xplornet For anyone thinking about becoming a customer...These guys relplied to my CCTS complaint about lack of speed indicating that THEY KNOW that they CAN'T PROVIDE what they are charging me for because of a KNOWN ISSUE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT This is IN WRITING. I can share the letter.

@Xplornet i keep getting mail advertising,saying the upgraded internet is "in my neighborhood". After receiving a few of these and several calls back and forth. Finally a tech came. Signal isnt strong enough.😔

@Bobbeyyyyyy @Xplornet Oh, I'm their problem alright. They have outright told me that they will not uphold their end of the contract. I will fight them every way I can until they do something. They've tried to block me everywhere they can...it only strengthens my resolve!

@MeganCCarson We wanted Xplornet when we first moved in (their LTE service), but buddy came with his signal finder and couldn't find a line of sight. Said we lived in the Bermuda Triangle of internet hahaha! Starlink is supposed to be good for rural areas, so fingers-crossed!
