@kelly_t_mac @Xplornet Go with the Telus hub. The only thing worse than Explorenet's speeds is their "support". Never again

@jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

@Xplornet - called you on Monday about slow service. The answer was, "I can't even login to your modem but things look okay. Good luck." Today, it's fully unusable. Again. 🤯 Should I wait on hold another 1.5hrs for minimal improvement or just cancel ? Cancel it is.

@Xplornet I am not the only one having these issues, and the only reason that your company is getting away with this is that you are the ONLY option for most people in rural Manitoba.

@TheV_eh In fairness to these guys, my old old ISP sold to xplornet. Xplornet wanted me to switch service. I refused after about 6 months my service was unusable at night out of nowhere. After 3 or 4 months of that, they offered me a big deal, I took it and issues disappeared

@Lak3 @kapwamom @Xplornet I have been told that too - upgrading won't help the problem. It's time the watchdogs step in and make Xplornet provide some level of service that people are paying for.
