@jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

@Xplornet After all the promises of upgrades and paying $$$$$ for years for only 10Mbps Up and <1Mbps down I can promise you one thing. Your future business model will fail. You have taken customer’s money and have yet provided what was promised. Your time is, and was up last year.

@Xplornet I used to be able to count on your internet service- but ever since you started to do "Upgrades" my internet is unpredictable- especially in the evenings.

@Xplornet You could have been a lot more proactive in notifying your users and let them know you were working on it. This isn't the first time and I doubt it will be the last. Your internet service is meh at best, your customer service is just the worst!

Been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes and counting to speak to a Customer Representative at @Xplornet such poor service. Last time I requested a call back but no one called back. Nothing but issues with the internet service.
