@jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

  • CoryBMorgan
Cory Morgan (@CoryBMorgan) reported from Municipal District of Foothills No. 31, Alberta

@kelly_t_mac @Xplornet Go with the Telus hub. The only thing worse than Explorenet's speeds is their "support". Never again

@xplore_ca hope you guys go up in flames. absolute dog **** internet. preying on rural communities and charging an absurd price for no more than 1.5mbps

  • tecnogreen
    Oscar Diaz (@tecnogreen) reported

@xplore_ca, when will you guys restore the Internet service in Standoff? No service for almost 24 hours? I called support and left 3 VM, and no update so far.

  • TrashleyMess
    Ashley-Rose C (@TrashleyMess) reported

@xplore_ca Your internet is down in Manitoba and no one's available to call on Christmas, can you guys do something about this?

  • Suppy86
    Sean Uppy (@Suppy86) reported

@_BrookesPlace @CharcoalEpitaph @nejsnave Nothing can possibly be as terrible as explornet . If I were in the country then I'd be very suspect of any internet provider. Xplornet tried to pull the wool over me some years again until I threatened legal action as well as chucking the dish through there head office

  • Right_Central
    Right Central Views (@Right_Central) reported

@xplore_ca It's overly expensive for no reason. The recent upgrade I got is a lot more stable but there are times it is absolute dog **** for the 100+ dollars I pay a month for 50mbs. Waiting for Fibre to come down my road.

  • WarMistweet
    Injured At Work (@WarMistweet) reported

@xplore_ca Room for a tower for service at Attridge bus lines for South Cambridge?

  • ChewyChewyChomp
    who cares (@ChewyChewyChomp) reported

@xplore_ca Nope. I’ve tried several times and now it’s too late. My internet has gone to **** since you bought out my previous provider.

  • keithwawanesa
    Keith Murray (@keithwawanesa) reported

@Mullin_95 I always had great service from Netset, until they sold out to Xplorenet. Xplornet is the best advertising for Rfnow! @RFNOW_Inc RFnow has the same good service as the old Netset.

  • Eh_Bee_Sea
    Ally Bryant (@Eh_Bee_Sea) reported

We've had outages before. We pay extra so that service calls are covered. They used to be so prompt and so helpful. Now... they have me considering doing business with Bell Canada. @xplore_ca, do you have any idea how bad things have to get for ME to be considering BELL?

  • cstewartyqr
    Colin Stewart (@cstewartyqr) reported

@tammyrobert @SaskTel What really kills me with SaskTel though is their employees' assertion that no private company would provide service in rural SK (which they don't, either). Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.
