@Xplornet is there an outage in Simcoe county? Internet has been down 2 days, powercycled everything then tried to call support and the wait is 63 minutes. I have to go out so can't stay on the line. Just want to know how long this is going to be.

  • ChrestenNielsen Chris Nielsen (@ChrestenNielsen) reported

@Mullin_95 @Xplornet Don’t garbage it yet, @xplornet told us we didn’t need to return equipment and then 3 month later a bill showed on our CC for $500 from them and they started billing us monthly again until we sent the modem and recieved back. They are as bad as Sirius radio to quit

  • SomePEIslander Zachary (@SomePEIslander) reported

.@Xplornet there's been a tower issue where I am for almost 24 hours now. Any possible way this will get fixed soon? It's the Glen Valley tower. Also, am I going to get some sort of discount for this outage time?

  • cpwcsk Chad Peters (@cpwcsk) reported from Beechy, Saskatchewan

@kevinlpeters @Mullin_95 @Xplornet I suspended my service for 6 months, but it just kicked back in. $33/ Month before. It is awful changing email addresses again.

  • jasonallonby Jason Allonby (@jasonallonby) reported

@ProRoundtable Well my wifi did just go down but I think that's more of an Xplornet problem

  • thepooppack mas (@thepooppack) reported

@Xplornet @XplornetES please please PLEASE advertise your internet better, maybe something along the lines of “you want dogshit internet and your money stolen? come here to xplornet we’ll do just that and also offer piss poor customer service.”

  • JeffKuntz11 Jeffery Kuntz (@JeffKuntz11) reported

@Mullin_95 @Xplornet Ok. Will look in to it. Hopefully it’s available in our area. Let me know how it works , as of right now we are just hotspotting from our ph, as our last internet provider was garbage.

  • albertabyron Byron Peters (@albertabyron) reported

@Xplornet Unfortunately your product is so poor in my community that you can’t download the app while connected to your service… perhaps have an engineer or 2 focus on actually ensuring that the ‘high speed internet’ switch stays turned on

  • thepooppack mas (@thepooppack) reported

xplornet would look at a 4000 ping spike and be like “ooo yeah i see that lag spike but it went back down to 60 is it better now” after doing absolutely nothing but picking their fingers out of their *** and sniffing them. this ****** idiot on call was like yea idk what to do.

  • cpwcsk Chad Peters (@cpwcsk) reported

@Xplornet makes it virtually impossible to cancel a contract that is under a business name. I can't wait to get away from your absolutely ****** service.
