Bobby (@Bobbeyyyyyy) reported@Xplornet Is there an outage in rural Milton Ontario? No internet all day

RYM (@TheDaisyMemo) reported@Xplornet What’s going on with the service in Cumberland? For over a month now the service has been shitty and in and out. In a time of lockdown, how are people supposed to work from home if they can’t get a stable internet connection. When we called in Dec... 1/2

Tyler Smith (@sedgeboy) reported@RyanKBrook @Edrmorris To be fair, Xplornet is a terrible provider, 100GB is a pretty low limit. But even without a cap I don't think we go over 200GB

CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet @CRTCeng Any advertised speeds would be under optimal conditions. Many factors can affect data transmission via airwaves. Your specific circumstances might result in the speeds achieved. Other situations might offer better or worse speeds. That's the nature of wireless service.

Burkeville Mama (@burkevillemama) reported@Xplornet please explain to me how “high speed internet” equals throttled local wifi when playing downloaded shows using Airplay or Chromecast from iPad to TV. Paying $145/month for this “service” is truly frustrating.
-
JWG (@buddydog09) reported@Xplornet Even their signage refers to the mythical "up to" 50 Mbps. I have NEVER, and I mean now once had a speed test over 5 Mbps, and I pay for 25 MBps. Maybe I should only pay "up to" the amount you charge. I know you will respond with your usual "contact us" crap but wont change.

m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported@CircularLogic89 @Xplornet @CRTCeng It was **** before, it's **** during, and it'll still be **** after. Regardless of that fact, they shouldn't be allowed to advertise "up to" when they don't *ever* provide that speed. Their advertising makes it sound like I'll see 25 most of the time, which is a lie.

Without vaccines, I would be dead Sebastian Jones (@JonesSebastian) reported@Xplornet OK! What was the cause and nature of the outage? Should we expect more of the same? I have heard from other subscribers asking the same question.

m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported@Xplornet Unlike you, who has nothing to offer other than false advertising and broken promises.
