Like clockwork- the stay at home order began and my internet got shitty. Man, sharing a giant satellite dish in space sucks. @Xplornet

  • Fred_Wreck1983 Fred Cee (@Fred_Wreck1983) reported

@Xplornet why would ur customers care about a farm, what they need is reliable service, not a link to something that absolutely will not work on ur network.

  • cbraedley Charles Braedley (@cbraedley) reported

@Fred_Wreck1983 @fastjeff @Xplornet They should be posting pictures of their (sub-contracted) crews doing work, like running fiber, or erecting towers, or installing antennas on customer's homes. Something to prove that things are happening in areas where they've been given government funds!

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Funny how they never ever take a picture of their own work. It's not like xplornet would flat out lie about these pictures that pop up randomly on their their twitter. I mean, xplornet lies about their speeds and reliability all the time, but these pictures they spam.... real?

  • 747_s Canadian Britchick 🇨🇦🇬🇧🇺🇸 (@747_s) reported

We live near US border our internet @Xplornet keeps going out, called and message said *service issues* . Really? Or are we being blocked #InsurrectionActsigned

@Xplornet I appreciate the reply but my husband has been on the phone with them every week with the same problem.

  • lammy9661 Kevin Lamacraft (@lammy9661) reported

Anyone else have issues with @Xplornet this evening... let me guess, the weather is causing issues... we can control the Mars rover from earth yet we can’t provide reliable Internet to rural customers?? Great opportunity for @TELUSsupport to step up and fill the void...tiring😡

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet Is it bad that I'd actually kill to have your tested upload speed as my download speed? Hell, I'd kill to have *my* tested upload speed as my download speed.

  • Katy_marsh86 Katy Marsh (@Katy_marsh86) reported

@Xplornet Book your upgrades during off-peak hours. Jesus Christ, you literally picked the WORST time to do it. My internet was out for two hours in the middle of my (and everyone else's) work day. It looks like it'll take new government regulation for you to get some common sense.
