    @xplore_ca No service for over six hours and can't even get a hold of a support agent or anything. You're luckyI don't have any other option in this area. I would switch in a heartbeat

    @xplore_ca Still blows my mind how you can't update your customers during the outage but you'll share posts about bald eagles casually. Was on hold for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and didn't get through to anybody.

    @xplore_ca Don’t believe a word of Xplorenet . I know this from personal experience and my friends and acquaintances share my experience. The speeds and data are far lower than they “sell” their service is crap. Starlink work’s terrific.

    @xplore_ca You need to review the packages you offer. Its theft saying you can offer me 50down 10 up. Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?

    @xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 My service is so ****** at this point. I don't know weather to buy my own tower for lines or just off myself in the name of Xplornet. THIS IS CANADA how can your service be so ******* bad

    lol Xplornet thinks I’m gonna wait six days for them to come fix my internet. If it’s not done by Monday they’ll never see another dime. @Bell would you like a new customer? Who wouldn’t?

    Hey Xplornet!! A customer not having internet for 6 days is not acceptable in case you were wondering!!! I put up with having 2 Mbps speeds when I pay for 50 Mbps (at a price that should get me gigabit speeds) but this is ridiculous!!!
