    @Xplornet I've tried that before. I get the usual info. I know how to operate my computer. These slow downs are on your side. These is frustrating, but there will be competition soon.

    @Xplornet Are you having any technical issues in the Bradford area of Ontario? My service had been pretty good up until yesterday now really slow.

    Since being moved from Vanscoy to Martensville tower on @Xplornet the overall service has been far worse. My Internet is basically offline from 6pm-midnight now. It sure would be nice to get the service that was advertised. I don't think "up to" includes not working at all.

    Hour 3 of no @xplornet internet, their excuse was it was the fault of Silo Wireless the company Xplornet bought out claiming they sold them shoddy towers/equipment. Worked great before ya'll bought them out. Internet went to **** the day @Xplornet took over. @SucksXplornet

    Anyone around central Alberta use an internet service that’s not Shaw, or Telus? I use @Xplornet right now but the service, and customer service, has been just terrible overall. I don’t love using big brands.

    Yes, I'm forced to watch broadcast television because my Internet is completely useless. Thanks @Xplornet. You're the worst. 2000 called, they want their ads back.
