EmilyR (@LesliRichone) reported@Shuswapgigi @Xplornet Tell them you are leaving if they don’t charge you less for crappy service, I only paid 50$ a month for unlimited data and high speed for 2 years
-
Bluebird (SkiAspen.eth) (@BluebirdX11) reported@Xplornet Lol - people do not be fooled that xplornet will provide any customer service in a customized way. They will ONLY assist you if you have access to a signal and you call them and wait an hour to get a rep. They are instructed to deliver nothing of value via email/DM- phone only
-
Jade (@Sheehan24J) reported@Xplornet your services are **********, fix this shiii
-
Shawn Colborn (@ddog9) reportedGoing on 60min currently on hold to cancel our @Xplornet service. There is zero chance we would recommend them for rural internet. They are a complete disappointment. #bebetter

Jason Allonby (@jasonallonby) reported@SeanRossSapp Sean please report that Xplornet sucks! My internet has cut five times during the buy in!
-
Star (@RealStarDeLuna) reportedLitteraly no damn reason @Xplornet shouldn't be working. No email about maintenance, no power lines down, no nothing and they still can't work right. I hate this company with everything I have.
-
Mark Stewart (@Bocabec99) reported@DeniseMiller76 Ditto on @Xplornet. One outage around 1.5 days and numerous other hour or two hour long outages during the day.
-
Mads Sandbakken (@MadsTS) reportedStill can't come over we have access to zero providers that offer unlimited internet in Nunavut. @Xplornet I have paid tens of thousands while being a loyal customer. Never any meaningful offerings, never any meaningful breaks.
-
InvertedCow (@CowInverted) reported@Kaitlynkitzan @Xplornet Have you looked into @SpaceXStarlink ? the setup costs are a bit high but it has not disappointed me, or let me down anywhere close to what xplore net did.

Derek Gould (@dgouldca) reported@kristinaennis Just seeing this now; for some reason I had tweets from you muted! Starlink is now available. Not cheap, but excellent service. Just set it up at my cabin a couple weeks ago, way faster than xplornet or cell.
