@Xplornet Must be fun being the marketing person for xplornet, keep asking the company if they have any new tech on the horizon to help these angry customers, but then get just as ignored by xplornet as those same angry customers. Why not just post random articles. Avoid xplornet.

@Xplornet I want to cancel my service. Can I do this by email, or do I have to wait on hold?

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@jcalder1983 @MBAgDays @Xplornet That speaks volumes to how terrible this company is. I can't wait to cancel and then file the inevitable chargeback with my bank because they took money anyhow.

@Xplornet it is actually shocking the price you guys charge for **** that doesn't work. honestly fix your **** and stop being retards. just wait till @elonmusk launches Starlink you guys will be out of business so fast. It would actually make me happy to see this shady company go

@MissSlaght @Xplornet I wish @Xplornet would have valued me as a customer, I would probably still be a customer if they did.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet is actually just looking out for my kids by preventing us from actually using the internet. You know how many bad people are out there just waiting to prey on them? They're the good guy here!

  • rambling_fever rob (@rambling_fever) reported

Alright @Xplornet I’ve had it with the wait time, but I really want to know who chose @theweakerthans , hearing john k sing #leftandleaving in this static filled satellite phone is entirely too much to handle right now, while waiting for internet help. Making me sad and mad eh?

@lammy9661 @Xplornet @TELUSsupport I swear it all just a big racket - once they get your 💰they don’t give a rat’s *** about your the quality of the service they are providing anymore. They’re all the same!

@Xplornet How can you tell if it is an outage?

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet Man, what would I do without this completely relevant to your business information? How would I live my life if you guys didn't post this interesting stuff instead of important details about service status and issues? /s <- since I know you're easily confused
