@Xplornet That was quick.. never even noticed there was a issue..

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Your customers have been missing good internet when it's most needed, but yeah, tell them about something that has nothing to do with xplornet's terrible internet service.

  • unnervingfalcon Wes (@unnervingfalcon) reported

@elonmusk @Tesmanian_com Need service badly. Sometimes it takes me 30 min to watch a 5 min 240p YouTube video. I signed up in Province of Ontario. Xplornet satellite internet sucks.

@Ansovald @Xplornet My issue is that they sell a service advertised as 25mbps but have never once provided that speed at a time of day that I would be awake to use it. It "works" in that I have a connection, but it doesn't live up to their advertising. "up to" notwithstanding.

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Funny how xplornet is talking about 2020 when their internet service is still stuck in 2010. If enough people tell you a pizza joint is bad, you start avoiding it. If you're looking for an ISP, look up the complaints against xplornet. They're one of the worst ISPs in Canada.

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet People wondering why they keep doing this, it's for 2 reasons. 1: Xplornet keeps trying to bury unhappy customers' replies, like this. 2: They'll try and use this to push the narrative that they are working for Canadians. Not going to work since they never show their actual work.

  • Snowymb1 🇨🇦 (@Snowymb1) reported

@Xplornet surprise, surprise, surprise internet is down again.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet What inconvenience? It's never really worked correctly since the day I got it installed, so the only difference is you've actually posted about an outage this time.

@elonmusk @SpaceX I just finished checking every internet service available for a possible rural house purchase. Xplornet is the only option. As a SysAdmin I cant do it! I live on the 45/46 North constellation. Please hook me up to complete my dream. Starlink is the dream!
