@McMudder71 Booster didn’t really work at our cabin due to the mountains near by so I got xplornet. Got service throughout the cabin and around the yard. It’s a monthly cost but with parents getting older and the kids getting to the age where they can stay home, we need reliable cell service

@_chark2020_ @Xplornet And they still try to reach out with their fake “let us help you” bull💩 I’ve been down the tech road so many times I could do it blindfolded. I’m sure u have too. No improvement.

@Xplornet Another night with dropped service. Still not service all for an on-site tech visit. Spent 40 min on the phone (likely not as pleasant as I would have liked to have been). Going to bed, and hope the service is better in the morning.

More horrible service by @Xplornet. Each time I call I get a different answer. Internet download speeds of less than 1Mbps (we pay for 30). Open work order assigned to the tech who was problematic last time (and still hasn't called). This is NOT customer service.

@Xplornet I genuinely hope Starlink puts you guys out of business simply for the price vs. internet service. Xplornet’s rates are astronomical. Buyer beware! I pay $250 for 200gb/month. And it’s not reliable. Always rebooting modem. Have new routers. Issues not in my end!!!

@Xplornet It would be SO nice if you invested more in customer service so there wasn't such an enormous wait every time that it's needed to call in for some help. The last 2 recent times I had to call in because our tower quit working it was between 40 minutes and over an hour waiting :/
